One of the most helpful advice is usually regarding conflict with other people. One advice I give is to reframe problems away from people as the source of the problem. It shifts from a ‘you’ vs ‘me’ problem into a ‘us against the problem’. When we put people as the source of the problem, they will get defensive and disconnect. Read more>>
