We recently connected with Shayleen Halloran and have shared our conversation below.
Shayleen, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Do you think your parents have had a meaningful impact on you and your journey?
I had two amazing parents who worked really hard. They always made sure we had a home to live in and food to eat. Something sad happened, though. Both of my parents passed away by the time I was only 20 years old. This made me very, very sad for a long time.
But then, I discovered something that helped me feel better: yoga. It was like a dark cloud that had been hanging over me started to go away. I began to think a lot about how short life can be.
Losing my parents was really tough, but it taught me something important. It made me realize that I didn’t want to live my life just to work all the time. My parents had to work a lot, and it made me think differently. Instead, I wanted to do things that made my heart happy. So, I followed my dreams and became a Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner with the wisdom I gained from the experience of losing my parents. It’s a way for me to share my God given gifts while helping others and making my soul happy. I feel like I am living a dream now!

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I’m a Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner, and you can think of me as a kind of janitor for the energy world. What I do is help people clean and clear away the negative energy from their past.
Some people avoid talking about their traumas, but I think of them as something really valuable, like gold! I believe that these tough experiences can actually help you become better at controlling your own energy, almost like a superpower.
What really sets Rapid Transformational Therapy apart from traditional therapy is that it’s like turning your pain into a treasure in a faster way. It’s more like a supercharged therapy that helps people change their lives quickly. People that experience RTT don’t have to schedule regular visits to the therapists, week after week, or month after month.. They can really change in a short amount of time.
I have a special gift that lets me guide people back to feeling like themselves again. When they work with me, they start going after their dreams and interests, and they feel alive again!
When I say that I help people heal from traumas from their past, I mean that I assist individuals in dealing with difficult experiences they might have had in their lives. These experiences could be things like accidents, losses, or situations that made them feel scared, sad, or hurt. Sometimes, these past traumas can continue to affect people in the present, causing them to feel upset, anxious, or stuck.
But I don’t stop there. I also help with something called “intergenerational trauma.” This is a special kind of trauma that can pass down through families. It’s like a heavy feeling that gets handed down from one generation to the next. For example, if a person’s grandparents or parents went through really tough times, that can impact their children and grandchildren, even if those younger family members didn’t experience those tough times directly.
So, my job involves not only helping individuals heal from their own personal traumas but also understanding and working with the long-lasting effects that trauma can have on families and generations. I provide support and guidance to break the cycle of intergenerational trauma so that people can lead happier and healthier lives.
I am incredibly proud to be a Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner. It’s not just a job to me; it’s a calling and a mission that brings me so much joy and fulfillment.
Every day, I get to witness the amazing transformations that people go through. I see them heal from past traumas, find their inner strength, and unlock their full potential. It’s like watching someone come back to life, and knowing that I played a part in that journey fills my heart with immense pride.
Being able to help individuals overcome their challenges, break free from old patterns, and discover their true selves is a privilege. It’s a job that allows me to make a positive impact on the lives of others, and I am deeply proud of the work I do as a Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner. It’s not just about helping people; it’s about helping them thrive, and that’s something truly special.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
My reputation has been growing for the last ten years. I started out as a Yoga Teacher, and later moved into becoming a Yoga to Transform Trauma Leader, on to Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). RTT is a special way to transform people’s lives, especially with making money and being successful. It was made by a brilliant woman named Marisa Peer.
Sometimes, people have problems with making money or being successful because they have thoughts and feelings that hold them back. It’s like having a big rock in the way of their success path. I’m good at finding those rocks and helping people get rid of them. This way, they can do better and feel happier.
I don’t just focus on money and success. I also help people make sure their goals and actions match with what they really care about and want in life. This helps them feel like they’re doing the right things and feeling good about it.
When I work with people, I make sure they feel safe and comfortable. That way, they can talk about their worries and fears without feeling judged. This helps them get better and succeed.
The best part is when people I’ve helped share their stories. They tell about how I’ve helped them start a good business, stop being afraid of money, or quit doing things that hurt them.
I always keep learning about new things in RTT and similar areas. This helps me continue to grow in the way I help people. I want to make sure I can help them with whatever problems they have.
So, my job is to help people remove the things that stop them from being successful and making money, using RTT. I also help them feel like their life is in line with what they really want. It’s like helping them find their way to success and happiness

Do you think you’d choose a different profession or specialty if you were starting now?
Choosing the same profession over and over again, 100 times, would be an easy decision for me. Here’s why:
I absolutely love what I do. It’s not just a job; it’s my passion and my purpose. Helping people overcome their obstacles, find success, and live fulfilling lives is incredibly rewarding. I wake up each day excited to make a positive difference in someone’s life.
My practice allows me to have a direct impact on people’s lives. There’s nothing more fulfilling than seeing someone transform, grow, and achieve their goals with me being the “guide on the side”. Knowing that I’ve played a part in their success and happiness is truly gratifying.
In my profession, there’s always something new to learn. I’m constantly expanding my knowledge and skills, which keeps me engaged and challenged. This ongoing learning process keeps the profession exciting and ensures I can offer the best support to my clients.
Helping others also helps me grow as a person. I learn from each client and their unique experiences. It’s a two-way street where I gain valuable insights and develop a deeper understanding of human behavior and resilience.
Over time, I’ve built strong and meaningful relationships with my clients. It’s heartwarming to see them return for guidance or share their success stories with me. These connections go beyond a professional setting and are deeply fulfilling.
My profession allows me to contribute positively to society. I believe that by helping individuals lead more fulfilling lives, I’m also making a contribution to making the world a better place.
The flexibility that comes with my profession is another reason I’d choose it repeatedly. I can adapt my work to suit my lifestyle and personal needs, which provides a great work-life balance.
So absolutely! My profession is not just a job; it’s a calling and a source of immense joy and fulfillment. The opportunity to positively impact lives, continuously learn and grow, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to society makes it a profession I would gladly choose 100 times over.
