We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Sharon Inostroza. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Sharon below.
Sharon, appreciate you joining us today. Risk taking is something we’re really interested in and we’d love to hear the story of a risk you’ve taken.
The biggest risk I’ve taken hasn’t just been starting a business — it’s choosing to build again while I’m already carrying so much.
In 2020, I started working for an auto glass company, knowing absolutely nothing about the industry. I was learning from scratch every single day — asking questions, making mistakes, figuring it out as I went. That experience gave me the foundation and the confidence to take the next step.
Not long after, my husband and I decided to start our own auto glass company, SANSIG. Stepping out and building something of our own was a true leap of faith.
But the real stretch has been deciding to build a second brand — my wellness supplement brand — while still running an active company, continuing my studies, and trying to take care of myself in the process. Being a founder is beautiful, but it’s hard. It requires discipline on the days you’re tired, perseverance when things move slower than you hoped, and the humility to keep learning.
There was a season when I forgot about myself because I was so focused on building. Now I understand that growth also means protecting your peace and your health.
My faith in God has been everything in this journey. Faith, vision, and consistency have carried me through the uncertainty.
Taking risks has shaped me into the entrepreneur and the woman I am today.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I’m Sharon — an entrepreneur, holistic wellness coach, content creator, and founder building brands with purpose.
Professionally, I run SANSIG Auto Glass in South Florida, a company that specializes in windshield replacements and helps clients navigate the insurance process so they can replace their glass with as little stress as possible. We focus on honest service, efficiency, and educating customers about their coverage so they feel supported, not confused. At its core, SANSIG solves a very practical problem: when something unexpected happens to your vehicle, we make the process simple, clear, and trustworthy.
Alongside that, I’m certified as a holistic nutritionist, wellness coach, meditation instructor, and women’s trainer, and I’m currently studying International Business Management. Wellness has always been deeply personal to me. I’ve experienced what it feels like to be driven, ambitious, and constantly building — and also what it feels like to neglect your own well-being in the process. That realization shifted everything.
I’m currently building a wellness supplement brand that will be launching soon. The intention behind it is to create natural, intentional products that support stress balance, clarity, and overall well-being. More than selling supplements, I want to promote rituals — small, daily practices that help people feel grounded, strong, and aligned. My goal is to make wellness feel approachable, not overwhelming.
I also genuinely love creating content. Through my platforms, I share founder life, wellness education, discipline, faith, and the reality of building multiple dreams at once. I don’t see content as performance — I see it as connection. I want people to feel understood when they watch my videos or read my words.
What sets me apart is that I’m building in real time. I’m not speaking from theory. I’m managing an active service business, studying, developing a new brand, and working on my personal growth all at once. I understand the pressure, the discipline it requires, and the emotional strength it takes to keep going. My faith in God, my vision, and my consistency are what anchor me.
I’m most proud of the fact that I chose to start — even when I didn’t feel fully ready. I’m proud that I’ve stayed committed through challenges, that I continue investing in my education, and that I care deeply about leaving a positive impact through both service and wellness.
What I want people to know is this: I’m not just building brands. I’m building a life rooted in purpose. Whether through SANSIG’s service or through my wellness work and future products, my mission is to solve real problems, reduce stress, inspire discipline, and remind people that with faith, perseverance, and courage, they can create something meaningful too.

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
One of the biggest lessons I’ve had to unlearn is not trusting myself.
At different moments in my journey as a founder, I questioned my potential. I doubted my decisions. I compared myself. I even caught myself self-sabotaging because I didn’t fully believe I was capable of building something great. When you’re navigating business — especially in industries where you’re constantly learning and proving yourself — it’s easy to shrink.
But experience changed me.
Through real-life situations in business, I realized that potential isn’t the only thing that matters. I have something deeper: work ethic, strong values, integrity, and a genuine commitment to serving people well. Ethics and character can’t be bought. And when you combine that with excellent service and consistency, you build trust — not just with clients, but with yourself.
Unlearning self-doubt has been one of the most powerful shifts in my life. Because at the end of the day, the most important investment you’ll ever make as a founder is believing in your own capacity.
Trusting yourself changes everything.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
One of the moments that truly tested my resilience was at the beginning of building our company.
We were just getting started, everything was new, uncertain, and required full focus — and around that same time, I received unexpected health news that wasn’t easy to process. It would have been understandable to slow down, to feel defeated, or to question everything.
But I didn’t let it break me.
It was hard. There were days I was scared. Days I felt overwhelmed. But instead of stopping, I leaned deeper into my faith and worked with even more intention. I showed up for the business, for my responsibilities, and eventually learned to show up for my health too. That season forced me to grow emotionally and spiritually in ways I wasn’t expecting.
Without God as my rock and my strength, I truly don’t think I would have handled it the way I did.
Life will always bring news we don’t expect. Challenges will come. But resilience is built in how we respond. That season taught me that strength isn’t about pretending everything is fine — it’s about choosing to move forward anyway.
