We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful KrysSpeaks. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with KrysSpeaks below.
KrysSpeaks, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Almost all entrepreneurs have had to decide whether to start now or later? There are always pros and cons for waiting and so we’d love to hear what you think about your decision in retrospect. If you could go back in time, would you have started your business sooner, later or at the exact time you started?
I started Linking All Women in my late 20’s, and it was the best time for me to start. I say ‘best’ because, as a woman of faith, I wholeheartedly believe God’s timing serves us best. I was at a place in my life where I was ready to walk in the desired plan and purpose God had destined for me. So, at almost 30, I would say I was prepared to create a women’s empowerment platform that would serve women through the lens of media by storytelling. My upbringing of a strong familial connection prepared me, my healthy relationships with women in my village prepared me, and my educational background in communications prepared me.

KrysSpeaks, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I am a faith-filled woman, a happy woman, and a woman who believes knowledge is power, and continuous personal development helps one to love and live their best lives. Because I believe in being an empowered individual, since 2015, I have created businesses and spaces that allow for connection, education, transformation, and healing to take place. From coaching to teaching, I help people, specifically women and girls, discover their God-given talents and purpose. Through their discovery, they grow to become empowered individuals who live well personally and professionally. With the services my company Linking All Women provides, women and girls’ identity and self-worth are strengthened, healthier habits and thought patterns are birthed, a space for emotional honesty is offered, and through the teachings, women and girls are given the language on how to think well to live well. In all that I do, I can truly say, I live what I strive to daily offer. My work starts with me, and flows out, and after years of personal development, I am proud to say that I am in my happy flow. And so, that makes the work even more satisfying and rewarding.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
I believe I’ve been able to build a positive and sustainable reputation because of my consistency in content delivery, intentional connections and partnerships that benefit the audience I serve, and being an inspirational voice and leader who is faith-centered plus intellectually grounded.
