Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Isiah Haji. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Alright, Isiah thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Can you open up about a risk you’ve taken – what it was like taking that risk, why you took the risk and how it turned out?
I think this journey of mine as a whole has been the biggest risk I have taken since leaving home. Especially the decision to start from scratch.
I gave my all to my music as an artist until the very end. Learning so much about the process and industry through my own experiences and learning from other’s. Ultimately (for the better and occasionally worse) sacrificing everything in my life for the chance to bring my biggest idea at the time to life. The “Not For The Faint of Heart” (NFTFOH) Tour. An experience I’ll never forget.
After one final big push playing a dream festival of mine, Fuel Fest, I made the tough but fruitful pivot to the other side. I began helping artist achieve their vision for live concert content through photography and now, over all creative. From story and branding to visual design, marketing campaigns to full management for those I really connect with. Essentially taking another risk and starting all over again. I don’t have much fear for risky moves but the gravity of them is very real.
It’s all been more of a roller coaster than I could of imagined but I’d do it all again.

Isiah, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I’ve been a music nerd since high school. From making music, figuring out how it looks, helping it reach as many people as possible, and what I consider the final piece performing it in the coolest way possible.
Realizing my passion for all of that is what lead to me starting One Eye Open. My hope is for it to be the backbone that helps artist not only bring a project to life but innovate and usher in the new era of music artist.
We have a keen focus on developing and defining an artists story and brand then we build out from there. We want to create a world to be lost in and fill it with moments listeners hold close. Something unique to each artist but familiar enough to resonate with. A lot of others simply give a bland catch-all marketing plan or rehash advice that really isn’t applicable any more. Which to me, steers people into the world of simply not caring. Output with not substance or real goal other than streams vs creating something so cool people don’t have a choice but to love it or absolutely hate it (because they didn’t think of it first).
On the surface, it seems simple to just put out music and post some reels. But taking the time and care to curate something that feels real, that’s where careers are built.

What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?
Ultimately, when starting One Eye Open, I wanted help push things forward in a positive innovative direction.
For artist that we really connect with, a conversation about fully managing them can come to light. This is something new for One Eye Open so currently the management roster includes two very talented artist that we are honored to work with. Sora The Hero based in Las Vegas and BornBad a masked artist debuted just this year.
This decision allows me to take the mission to the next level and really be apart of things in ways that we can’t when simply pairing up for a project short term.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
Honestly, me being an S tier yapper has been handy because my passion for all of this overflows. Growth has mostly been in person.
Those that have trust One Eye Open so far are people I met either at a show, during studio sessions, or just while out and about. Conversation gets carried away into potential ideas and those ideas happen to turn into onboarding.
So for anyone else in this world that hasn’t tried it, unplug and go socialize!
