Heps , appreciate you joining us today. Are you able to earn a full-time living from your creative work? If so, can you walk us through your journey and how you made it happen?
From a child to teenager was already training fine art and graffiti culture, since day one I knew and practiced and experimented like an art scientist, high school in all art classes, art scholarship to miami dade, a professional break dancing entertainer for over 25 years while painting in the side, worked hard to master many mediums of art, like acrylics, oils, markers, spray paint, etc train the eye and learn to see, developing a massive portfolio of fine art, pop art, my own style, abstract and the portfolio of live art entertainment ideas, today I’m a professional at both disciples, I have an agent Tha books me for corporate events and I have a professional mural company I run actively at the moment. The most important thing is to put the effort on developing portfolio at the begining working for cheap sometimes even free having nothing to loose but gaining the world, Also working and learning from other artist and company’s and expanding the painting techniques language, the journey is a hard one but full of inspiration etc.

Heps , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
Ok the brand of Heps Fury Murals @hepsfury on instagram, my mural style is a combination of fine art and street art with an approach of vibrant colors, in a visual way and in a technique way. Using spray paint and brush, and spray gun, is how the process works, I always have my personal approach but also always open to what the client wants as a commercial artist you also have to stay open to the style and suggestion a client wants. I been doing murals for over 30 years
But after the pandemic I had to opportunity to work side by side with one of the Disneys master mind muralist creating Airbnbs, and from there I branched off to shaping my company with a niche of Airbnb angle, I have painted over 300 properties in the Orlando area where themed murals is a huge market, I also have a large mural in little Havana’s the Sushi Sake restaurant I am super proud of that one, little Havana tours stop right I. Front of the wall and is one of the most photographed murals in little Havana with about 200 pictures a day, it brings me so much joy that tourist can learn the culture of miami through enjoying Art and getting inspired, to me being well received is wha motivates me to continue, I would say what sets me apart is my vibrant colors. On the Art Entertainment side in that brand I go by Salvador Live! @salvadorliveart on instagram Is a character I created that performs speed paint shows, live graffiti walls, live mural and break dancing in paint, I been represented for 16 years by an agent and it has been a crazy platform where I have painted for Many brands corporate events like Disney, Universal Studios, McDonads, Wendy’s, subway, Home Depot, Microsoft, Ferrari, Audi, Mercedes Benz, The Orlando Magic, The miami Heat, Miami Marlins, Hard Rock Casinos, the Venetian Casinos and much more
A few incredible memorable moments I opened up the Jimi Hendrix tribute tour at the Hard Rock donated the Hendrix portrait to the medic foundation and got to see the invert for free and painting got signed by the cast of famous musicians, I also opened up for Ringi Star from the Beatles, Earth Wind and Fire, and ZZ Top
Another awesome moment I painted at Disney’s ESPN with Mickey Mouse
Me and Mickey painted did a dance routine together and Disney wanted us to get into a paint fight, that was one of the greatest days in my life and a big day as well
In my journey with the mural company and doing Live art entertainment I have had some incredible experiences at a high level
I feel blessed so far in the journey.

For you, what’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative?
The most rewarding thing about being a visual and movement creator is the impact the art leaves behind, the power of art runs deep that even the artist has no idea of the arts power, I’ve had people cry by looking at the Salvador Dalí portrait created, from the impact the piece had on them, I had people be incredibly moved and inspired in all forms by a mural experience by art entertainment
And that is something that fills my heart in full bloom to continue and understand my mission and purpose

In your view, what can society to do to best support artists, creatives and a thriving creative ecosystem?
I think everything is working out great in this moment in time mural art is very popular and I feel communities finaly can recognize artist to bring beauty to the community, even ad persistent campaigns are being painted by muralist, but the community needs to keep supporting visual artist as we turn places into experiences inspiration and beauty to the cities businesses and much more, that’s how it should be and any business should turn a blank wall into an experience for your business
