We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Esther Seibt a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Esther, appreciate you joining us today. Was there a defining moment in your professional career? A moment that changed the trajectory of your career?
I have started out as a child singer and actor in the entertainment industry. A) because I was born being very creative. B) I needed an outlet to a most crumbling and to me at the time dangerous world, to work with my emotions and find security in something that was my own.
After many years and lots of escapism trying to suppress the pain I had at that time, I started having panic attacks like crazy. I lost weight, lost faith, lost myself and started to disappear until a point where I had to choose whether this is worth going on or not.
One day on the red carpet I was asked ‚who are you wearing?‘ and I got so angry, that this was the repeated question, instead of being asked:‘ what do you stand for?‘ and then it dawned on me, I didn’t know. I had never defined consciously who I wanted to be, for myself and others.
Luckily being a person of anger and rage, that fire took me to take a proactive step and reach for help. I was so weak at the time that I landed in the hospital where I was told to take meds against depression. I declined and used this profound moment of friction to leave everything behind, begin my own search and start over.
Which lead me here….

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
My master skills are:
— find your truth
— speak your truth
— know your Essen aka mean what you say in order to say what you mean
— work and live solution oriented and change any perspective without losing your ground
— trust your path without knowing your goals.
About me then: I was born an artist. I sing because I have to. The voice and it’s capability to transport needs, wishes, hopes and fears in a most direct way, is profound and oftentimes underdeveloped in our western world, yet it’s a necessity to be most conscious about it, in order to be understood and mainly to understand one another in the best of ways.
I studied opera singing and using the breath consciously in a very young age, teaching me to get more out of this tremendous tool, for it holds a beautiful power to connect and share authenticity, which invites the right people into our lives, that propel us further as we do the same for them — Creating a ripple effect of abundance and chance.
I see people very quickly, I analyze them for who they are and why they have to do what they do ever since I was a child. It comes easy to me, to inderstand who they pretend to be, in order to hide who they think is not worthy or lovable enough. What you see is what you can change!
I love people and it comes easy to me to change perspective, get into other people‘s shoes and find understanding in every person and behaviour to some extend. From here I help them into becoming most powerful and that is by being themselves. No holdbacks.
Those abilities already helped me in my career as an actress and the tools I studied then defined my gift even further. Tools like Ekman‘s Micromimics, The Meisner Technique, Methode Acting, but also loads of variations of body work and intense emotional transformation tricks you learn as an actor from a to z, made the picture whole.
Storytelling of course and getting an audience to follow you deep into other worlds was and is part of that, too.
Furthermore, I had stage freight, like hell. To overcome that and still perform, I learned all sorts of tricks, intensely build a portfolio of knowledge ranging from a technical to a deeply spiritual hence energetic and subtle level. That knowledge is part of the body of my work, as well.
After my Burn-Out, I left the industry, left all of who I was behind and began anew. Since I knew Kundalini Yoga for a long time, I felt a calling to learn it into depth. I didn’t plan but became an instructor, finding my voice using the crystal singing balls in alignment to my needs.
I must add, that in the final stages of my panic attacks, I had lost my voice and ability to perform at all. In the Yoga training, in which we were intensely trained in all sorts of meditation techniques, fighting cold depression, studying the power of mantra, Ayurveda, pranayama, body works, but also neuroscience, something profound happened to me: I rediscovered a deep trust housing inside of me.
I was introduced to the crystal singing bowls, which are now part of my work , for they create a tremendous shift of energy, going beyond the logical, yet we can measure their impact these days and it’s profound.
Nowadays, I am bridging the world between the logical and the spiritual, for anyone who wants to come back to life on their own terms, living truthfully, living beyond the gab of filling the constant need for more, feeling increasingly empty along the way. I help people find their true excellence. Speaking their truth, stepping up to their true potential, presenting themselves effortlessly on all stages of life, being able to find stability before they found reason.
I believe out of experience, it‘s not always helpful to dig into the past with shadow and inner child work, when you are still too weak to bare the truth you get to find.
I work quick and direct, allowing people to rediscover their strength before going deep, so their search (if even necessary) begins on the base of strength and not weakness and can therefore go even deeper.
Beyond, since I come from a family of diplomats, I also assist people in learning how to and lead their own negotiations, preparing them for stage and camera, and show them to uncover the fantasy world most of us live in, so they become able to see the reality that underlies their world and begin to work from here, for it’s the greatest chance to create conscious and serving change.
I teach charisma, self-regulation, true joy and excellence, all on the base of spiritual, physical, mental and physical alignment.
If you are stuck, feeling like in the midst of chaos or mental over- or underload, and you don’t know where to begin or what to do next, you are sick of just another therapy session or Kakao ceremony, and you finally want to feel focused, in power and fulfilled again, I might be your woman.

Training and knowledge matter of course, but beyond that what do you think matters most in terms of succeeding in your field?
Authenticity, honesty, commitment, joy and passion — that’s the foundation to true success.
Do not look left or right. Stop following the herd, forget the term ‚this is how you do it‘ and start to define how YOU work best with what is given to you right now.
Learn to love your shortcomings for they taught to become much more powerful in other fields of life, which makes you unique and excellent.
Forgiveness is key.
You came here FOR the sake of GIVEing. So forgive those you think hurt you, they mainly taught you to sharpen your tools. Righteously so? Maybe not. But who says what’s right and what’s wrong anyways!
That is so individual.
Different shoes, differences values.
Forgive yourself. You did the best you could, for the time being out of what you had. If you could have done better, trust me, you would have. Same counts for your parents, teacher… you name it. People don’t intentionally do bad, they just don’t know better and until made conscious don’t even know about it.
Now, make it a hobby to be conscious, so you never miss an opportunity to learn and LOVE the process. Be a child about it. Investigate this life. Don’t expect anything, and visualise everything. Allow life to wow you in different ways, than you thought it should and be GRATEFUL. Always.
It’s a fun ride, once you are willing to see it as such.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
Neuroscience teaches us, that going into the past and revolving around it, strengthens the neuronal pathways, that keep our mind using those old patterns, that have been serving once, when we needed to find a way to protect ourselves from unbearable stressors and create coping strategies to stay sane. Those pathways turn into fears and holdbacks later, when their need becomes obsolete. They keep the trauma of the past alive and make us act inside a world, that is built on trauma and not on infinite possibilities.
Talking about the past in a light and positive way is one thing, using it as a reason for why we struggle, is not supportive whatsoever.
I used to think the question of WHY solves all the problems. But if the why is asked without the necessary HOW after, it’s worthless and strengthens the repetitions, we try to get out of as patients from panic attacks and ongoing suffering.
I have learned to quickly identify the structures we use to keep our ‚doom‘ alive. Once you know them, you can use them to trick your brain into building new ones, very easily. Once you do that — all is possible. And I have experienced it myself.
These days synchronicities and serendipities pave my road and I didn’t think that was even possible.
Staying open to the end results is key here. Only new ways can bring new outcomes. If you know the way, it’s not new and it might use unwanted old patterns leading you back to where you wanted to leave. If instead, you walk new paths, they feel uncomfortable to begin with, you won‘t see where they lead, all you know, is things get different — and different is good. Follow the voice of your body here. It knows where to go.
And most importantly: stop telling yourself your sad story and begin to write a new one. Consciously. Bravely. And with joy.
That’s abundance. That’s what you came here for. Claim it.
