We recently connected with Diana Keeler and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Diana thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Let’s go back in time a bit – can you share a story of a time when you learned an important lesson during your education?
I went to a liberal arts college for undergrad (yay, Occidental!) which means on any given Tuesday, I was in a science lab in the morning, a history class and writing workshop in the afternoon, and music rehearsal at night. It was chaotic in the best way, and it trained my brain to move between worlds quickly.
The lesson wasn’t one dramatic moment; it was the accumulation of being asked, over and over, to think from different angles. In a lab, you had to be precise and analytical. In history, you had to build arguments. In writing, you had to communicate clearly. In music, you had to collaborate and feel. No one discipline was “the right way” to think. They were all tools.
That environment taught me something that’s shaped my entire career: creativity and strategy are not opposites. They’re partners.
Now, as a talent agent, I live in that same liberal arts mindset every day. I’m advocating creatively for my actors while also understanding production logistics and budget realities. I’m pitching with story and positioning with data. I’m networking with warmth but negotiating with precision.
I genuinely try to keep that interdisciplinary spirit alive in my work by staying adaptable and respecting that everyone in the room is solving a different piece of the puzzle.
Most importantly, liberal arts taught me to stay curious, which is critical in an industry that changes every five minutes.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I’m a talent agent based in Los Angeles and the founder of Pandium Fusion, a SAG-AFTRA franchised agency representing actors across film, television, and digital media. We guide our clients through every layer of the business: securing auditions, negotiating contracts, positioning materials strategically, and navigating an industry that is constantly changing. Our job is to help actors stay adaptable without losing their creative identity.
What really sets us apart is the culture. We’re not just a roster; we’re a team. Our staff – Zach, Angela, Francisco, and Jonathan – are absolutely amazing at what they do, and they show up for our actors every day with thoughtfulness, hustle, and care. We have an active Slack workspace where actors connect directly with each other and with us. We host workshops and skill-shares led by our own clients – a stunt workshop in the park, a Zoom VO session, social media strategy breakdowns with actual templates, and more. I’m incredibly proud of our community.
I think what clients respond to most is that we’re invested. We’ll hype you up, absolutely, but we’ll also tell you the truth. At the end of the day, I want our actors to feel supported, challenged, and clear. This business is hard enough. You shouldn’t have to navigate it alone, or guess what your team is thinking.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
Referrals! The most effective way we’ve grown is simply by taking care of our people. When actors feel supported, when they feel heard, when they’re growing and celebrating wins (big and small), they naturally share that experience with their friends. There’s something really special about that kind of growth. It isn’t loud or flashy; it comes from consistent communication, transparency, and showing up the way you said you would.
I’ve never been interested in having the biggest roster. I care about having the right one – a team that feels collaborative, ambitious, and genuinely excited to be part of something together.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
Before becoming an agent, I worked in production and post production across multiple departments. I’ve hauled gear. I’ve managed call sheets. I’ve solved problems at 2am. Being an agent who came from the crew world gives me credibility and range.
My actors know that when I’m negotiating on their behalf or advising them, it’s coming from someone who has actually been in the trenches making the thing. At the end of the day, that’s how I see this job: we’re building something together. Roll up your sleeves, trust your team, and make great work happen!
