Alright, Deserie thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. We’d love to hear the backstory of how you established your own practice.

I started out working in my friend, Nichie’s office. I rented a room within her practice my first year in business. I then moved my business to my home to save for my own commercial space. I learned a lot from Nichie on how to run a practice from financial to customer service.

Setting up at home was fairly easy but marketing was tricky because it was still my home. Word of mouth worked wonders for me. In January of 2025, I began looking for a commercial space. This was a non-stop Rollercoaster of excitement, disappointments and no’s.

Finally, in December 2025, I found my space. Family and friends helped make my dream a reality.

Deserie, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

My name is Deserie Johnson, and I am a Holistic Health Practitioner, Certified Lymphatic Frequency Detox Body Mechanic, and a lung cancer conqueror. After years of battling over 19 chronic illnesses and experiencing the limitations of conventional care, I turned my healing journey into a mission to help others. In 2021, I founded Sacred SOULutions, LLC, a home-based holistic wellness business offering services such as Lymphatic Frequency Detox, Sinus Facials, Body Sculpting, Infrared Therapy, and energy healing.

Sacred SOULutions was created to be more than a service; it’s a sacred space for transformation. I work with individuals and families who are seeking non-invasive, natural, and effective ways to detox, reset, and reclaim their wellness. Our services are rooted in education, restoration, and empowerment.

Can you talk to us about how your funded your firm or practice?

The initial capital to become certified in Lymphatic Frequency Detox was loaned to me by my friend, Nichie. She wanted to help me help myself from a physical standpoint. Her belief in me and her investment helped me physically and financially put me in position to become an entrepreneur. I’ve since taken more classes and added to my certifications.

When I was looking for a commercial space, my family and friends all pitched in financially and physically to get the space ready to receive clients. I am truly blessed.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

I believe great customer service and results have helped build the Sacred SOULutions brand. We have grown largely due to word of mouth. Our clients are feeling better, looking better and thinking holistically. It starts as a mind shift and they are truly putting their self-care first.
