Chris, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Looking back, do you think you started your business at the right time? Do you wish you had started sooner or later
Starting our business at the same time as before was the best decision because, in hindsight, I realize that if we had started earlier, we might not have had the maturity or the necessary experience to handle running a business. The previous jobs and life experiences I gained helped prepare me for the challenges of entrepreneurship. By starting in 2019, I had already worked for a corporate company where I developed a solid understanding of marketing and how businesses operate. This experience provided me with the insights and skills needed to not only start the business but also maintain it successfully.
If we had started sooner, we might not have had the depth of knowledge required to navigate the complexities of running a business. The time I spent working in corporate settings allowed me to learn what I truly wanted to offer in marketing services and how I could help other businesses achieve success. In 2019, I felt confident in my ability to take on the responsibility of entrepreneurship because of the experience I had accumulated, making it the ideal time to launch our company.

Have you ever had to pivot?
In the world of marketing, change is constant, and I’ve had to pivot many times to keep up with evolving trends, technologies, and client needs. One significant pivot happened when Google made a major algorithm update that shifted the way SEO worked for local businesses. At the time, my business was heavily reliant on traditional SEO practices, which were no longer as effective due to changes in how search engines ranked local results.
To adapt, I had to pivot our entire approach, diving deeper into local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and hyper-local strategies. I invested time in staying updated on the latest industry shifts, attending webinars, and testing new tactics to ensure we could continue delivering results for our clients. This meant moving away from broader SEO strategies and focusing more on individualized, localized campaigns—adjusting our services to be more in line with what was trending and needed at the time.
This experience taught me the importance of being flexible and constantly learning in marketing. As the industry evolves, the ability to pivot is essential. In fact, it’s something I now embrace regularly—whether it’s adjusting our strategies for changing algorithms or keeping up with new social media trends. The key to long-term success is staying adaptable and continuously refining what we offer to best serve our clients.


Can you tell us the story behind how you met your business partner?
I met my wife when we were in highschool. Even though we went to different schools we met through a mutual friend. We met at a friends party and were pretty much inseparable after that. Weve been together 26 years and married half of that. My spouse is my rock and helps me run this business.
