I would consider the service that I provide ground-breaking for the hair loss industry. And most people have no idea about what this alternative hair loss solution is. So thank you, I appreciate you giving me this opportunity to shed some light and bring more attention to what it is I do. It’s officially called Scalp Micropigmentation SMP (also known as the Hair Tattoo). When performed by a skill technician, this proven-concept involves applying thousands of microdots into the scalp by way of micro needles and a precision tattoo machine. Using this modified tattoo technique, I’m able to restore hairlines on fully bald men by tattooing texture-like hair stubble for that clean buzz cut look. And for anyone experiencing hair thinning, I’m able to add a fuller looking head of hair by reducing the contrast from scalp to hair. Many can benefit from this treatment and that’s what makes this business so exciting. I can even conceal and camouflage scalp scars that blend in seamlessly with existing hair. Read more>>

I recently donated a gourmet dinner party package to support a non-profit organization in Portland that organizes choral ensembles for children and adults. The winning bidder was a parent who wanted to have a gourmet dining experience at their house party. We began by discussing their culinary preferences, which centered around a love for seasonal, local farm produce and Asian flavors. Then I crafted a bespoke menu for them featuring roasted wild foraged mushrooms, colorful seasonal vegetables, Chinese five-spice sous vide wild salmon, and Thai-spiced butternut squash soup, ensuring that the vegan guests have plenty of dishes they can enjoy with the rest of the party. One story that stands out as it relates to life coaching, is about one of my former clients that was going through a divorce. This is an area where I have been able to gain and maintain a victorious stance in and have used my experiences to share and encourage other women. She decided that she wanted a better life for herself so she began to take steps to achieve this while going through the divorce. During our consultation, I noticed that she really didn’t know a lot about herself and in some ways she was fragmented. She also had a desire to encounter God through her situation and I thought that that was truly admirable considering the circumstances. Read more>>

Before I received my cosmetology license, during my undergrad, a friend of mine was giving her senior year voice recital and she asked me to style her hair for her performance. By this point i had spent the last 3-4 years styling other voice majors for performances. My initial experience styling hair was for my community college opera scenes and that first experience showed me the power of a performer seeing themselves “fully realized”; hair, makeup and costume. I told myself, “maybe I’ll get a cosmetology license after my undergrad”. So fast-forward to my girlfriend’s senior recital, hair is done, make up is ready and all that’s left is to zip the dress up and head to the recital hall. Well, the zipper gets caught and won’t budge. After a brief moment of panic, we remind ourselves, “the show must go on”. I stitch my friend into her dress and explain we’ll cut the stitching after she finishes her performance. Needless to say, no one knew what had ensued minutes before she walked on stage, the recital was a success and a year or so later, she would ask me to be in her bridal party because she knew I could style her hair and jump into action if needed. It was then, I knew at some point in my life, I would be a hairstylist. Read more>>

I have a customer in Riverside ca named Christina that purchased her home with an existing leased solar system. The solar system was not operational but Christina did not know this until she got her first Edison bill. The bill reflected 100% Edison usage which was ridiculously expensive. She knew something was up with her solar system. She had the installation company out several times but they couldn’t get it right. She reached out to me via referral from a neighbor and explained her situation. I went out and first explained how the lease works and how the installation company is not meeting their production agreement and has to reimburse her for the down time. We were able to locate the production agreement in the contract and I figured out the issue was undersized wire from the main panel to the solar envoy box that was melting the backfeed breaker almost catching her new home on fire 4 different times!!! Now that she was empowered I wrote a report explaining the reason I believed the wire to be undersized and melting the breakers. The installation company took my advice and the system has been running strong for the last couple years now, Christina was able to get reimbursement for the down months and I go out every six months to clean the system and make sure it’s still in normal operation. My core is to help solar owners understand and benefit from their investment as to loose money and gain frustration. Read more>>

Did you know that Ninja Warrior is an official sport? The World Ninja League (WNL) is the governing body for the sport of Ninja and all three of my gyms – New York City Ninja Academy, Brooklyn Ninja Academy and Los Angeles Ninja Academy – are sanctioned WNL facilities that host ninja competitions and train a competitive kids ninja team. The New York City Ninja Academy Team features some of the top athletes in the sport, including Malone Canter, the Number One Preteen Female in the World Ninja League in 2024. Malone got her start in Ninja at New York City Ninja Academy at the young age of 12. Malone is a role model for her teammates, a shining example of excellence in work ethic and sportsmanship, and an inspiration to ninjas of all ages. Malone is also a junior coach at New York City Ninja Academy and loves to share her knowledge and skill by teaching, coaching, and spotting some of our younger ninjas. She particularly loves coaching “Mini Ninjas,” future ninjas ages 3 to 5 years old. Read more>>

One of my favorite customer success stories is the work I did with Hannah, the owner of Habit at Home. Hannah started her luxury press-on nail business to stay home with her son while pursuing her passions and earning a living. At the time, she was handling everything manually—taking orders through Instagram DMs and managing the custom order process herself. This was adding a lot to her already full plate, and she needed a more streamlined approach to help her business run smoothly. I connected with her through outreach, and after learning more about her business and goals, I knew I could help her not only simplify her operations but also elevate her brand. We started by rebranding Habit at Home to create a fun, approachable, yet professional identity. From there, I designed and developed a semi-custom Shopify store that allowed her customers to place orders directly on the website, with specific features to handle her custom orders efficiently. We also created print marketing materials that kept her brand cohesive across all platforms, both online and offline. Read more>>

We truly have the the best customers in the world. We pride ourselves on knowing our customers by name and their usual order. We take pride in how many times our customers have told us we’ve made their day better by being open and bring fantastic bagels to Colorado. However, one very special customer stands out. We have a customer who lost their younger brother suddenly. They could have visited a close friend or family to cheer them up and put a smile on their face, instead, they came to see the Fleishman crew. She let us know that all she wanted was a hug from us and to let us know what happened. We definitely had the easy job. The fact that we have made such a bond with our customers and community is one of my greats joys since opening Fleishman’s Bagels and Delicatessen. Read more>>
