Growing up as a gymnast, I always had a strong understanding of my body and a deep connection to how it moved and functioned. Staying in good shape was a priority for me, not only to improve my performance but also to prevent injury. My mom played a huge role in this, supporting me every step of the way, and was always educating me on physical health. When I suffered injuries or strained muscles during practice, she introduced me to massage therapy.
