Such a good question! My best advice to clients? Well, health and wellness is not just about calories, exercise, diet, and supplements. While it certainly encompasses those things, your environment, relationships, community, work, family, those all contribute to your overall health and wellness as well. As such, one of my favorite exercises that I do for my health and wellness clients is a values brainstorming and determination activity. The client not only defines what “values” means to them but also picks from a large list values ones that really resonate with them, narrowing those down to their top three. They then define what those three values mean to them in their personal life. It’s an activity the whole family can do both individually and as a whole. Read more>>

I teach people how money works and show them how they can make the most out of their money. Everyone is different and has different needs, so I customize a plan for their needs. I had a client call me and ask for help. After inquiring as to the help they needed, I discovered that they needed help getting out of debt. I have a Debt Dominator Spreadsheet that I help clients get out of debt quickly. I created a Debt Domination spreadsheet for them and instead of getting out of debt in over 30 years, (including their mortgage), they were going to be out of debt in 17 years. They were ecstatic! Also, Is showed them how to compound their money at the same time!! If anyone ever tells you to pay off debt THEN save money, RUN!!! They are COSTING YOU MILLIONS!!! Read more>>

My best advice is always listen to the expert! I tell my clients they decided to work with me for a reason. I make an effort to get to know you, your travel party, and vacation style, so I can make custom recommendations I know you’ll love. I’m not only an expert in your destination and its offerings, but I try to become an expert in YOU! Joining those Facebook groups dedicated to “tips and tricks” will get overwhelming very quickly! Getting one dining reservation will not make or trip, and what was amazing for your friend may not be amazing for you. Read more>>

As a birth doula the best advice I can give to my clients is: trust your body and your intuition. We are designed to create and give birth to new life. Society has complicated the process, which can often lead to disappoint and a unsatisfactory experience. Trust that your body and mind know what they are doing. Also, as a parent, listening to your intuition will always be key. If something feels off, it probably is. Listen to that voice. If my clients can follow this advice, they will feel more empowered in their birth experience and as a new parent. Read more>>
