When I work with women, there are a lot of old ideas and thought patterns that we need to shift. I help women to lose weight, but I consider my work MORE than just weight loss, because every aspect of their health and life is affected by the changes we help them to make. I teach women that they will perform best in a FED state, so the old paradigm of just slashing calories to the bare minimum needs to change. Read more>>

The best advice I give to clients is to stay in the moment and find something to be joyful about. Staying in the moment allows us to be hyper focused on what’s in front of us. When a couple lacks commitment, they will sway in the wind back and forth like a dry blade of grass until eventually, they break. Read more>>

The best client advice I’ve given to my clients is how to properly care for their natural hair as well as, the importance of maintaining a healthy scalp while providing a healthy at home routine. Every client that sits in my chair I automatically do a consultation to find out their needs and concerns as it relates to their hair. Then I advice the steps we will need to take to insure the results they desire are being met. Read more>>
