Stories are one of the most powerful ways to learn because they allow us to understand at a deeper level. One of the most important things an business owner can do is help their clients win and so we wanted to create a space where the community can learn from each other’s experiences of how they’ve helped their clients succeed.

Last winter I took on a garage job that was a huge project. The space was being totally renovated, so everything had to be removed, then organized and put back into the newly renovated space. Over several weeks and with a little help, I successfully completed the job and the client was in awe. Seeing that look on our clients’ faces is truly the reason we do what we do. It’s so rewarding to see our hard work pay off and to know our client is set up for success once our job is finished. Read more>>

I had a customer that lived with her dad in her childhood home and needed help getting the garage decluttered and organized. We were able to go through and throw out things that were no longer needed and also get her keepsake items safely enclosed in plastic containers. This customer was very thankful to actually be able to utilize their garage again. She said she felt so much stress was lifted away after having her garage organized. Read more>>

One of features that sets our ground blinds apart from others is the fact that it is stake free. You can pick it up and shift it or break it down to change hunting locations without having to anchor it. The fact it is stake free allows hunters in mobility chairs the ability to assemble the blind and set it up without needing to get down on the ground to secure it. It gives them the freedom to customize their coverage as needed and pick it move with it. Read more>>

One of the most rewarding things about owning a brand is what it can do to positively impact the customer. Besides selling products, I also work one on one with clients through an online program where I offer remote Skincare Consultations. I tend to attract the client who has “tried it all” and gone back and forth to physicians and dermatologists with no luck. Read more>>

I’m not sure if this is a customer success story but it certainly involved a successful experience during a really hard time. In the summer of 2016, I was living in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I had a successful photography business but always wanted to find a project to focus on, something I was really passionate about. In August, our city experienced a flood like we’d never seen and we found ourselves basically underwater. Read more>>

I started my brand in high school at the age of 16/17. I came up with my brand name Knaps Clothing from my nickname Spank. My grandmother gave me the name Spank so my brand is in remembrance of her. Even though, my brand contribution to her I focus on helping and serving the community by gathering small businesses in different business ventures such as pop-up shops, fashion shows, and photoshoots, etc. Within my brand, my product is focused on street apparel such as beanies, hats, hoodies, sweats, etc. My future goal next is to open a clothing store. When I began my journey at the Saint Petersburg Pier, I presented my customers with handcrafted, traditional cashew brittle. One of my repeat customers asked if I offered a vegan brittle, my response was no but let me investigate this. I went back to the drawing board with my recipe, it took me several months to develop a vegan cashew brittle that has the appearance and taste comparable to my traditional recipe. As of today, many vegan and non vegan customers enjoy the new vegan option. Read more>>

This is one of my favorite stories. I had a customer from Georgia who called for a custom box. Her son who she adopted graduated from dental school and he credits coffee for seeing him through it. So what better gift box to send then one that’s coffee inspired. It was a joy to put this together for him. She ordered over 24 espresso chocolate chip cookies, 6 bags of coffee, 24 double espresso brownies, and so much more. He sent me a live unboxing and watching him cry over such a special gift is something I will never forget. He said his favorite part .. the hand written note! Read more>>
