We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Yen Bai. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Yen below.
Alright, Yen thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. We believe kindness is contagious and so we’d love for you to share with us and our audience about the kindest thing anyone has ever done for you?
The most kindest thing anyone has done for me?.
Wow! What a very very hard question. Big smile! I must admit there are some beautiful things beautiful people have gifted and blessed me with. Unforgettable. Indelible.
Yet, I am going to say. This interview! For someone to take time from their journey, dreams of focus and chose to take one second in this life to think of me. They heard my voice. They felt my passion they believe in me enough to reach out to you! To manifest this opportunity for me, beside me. Wanting my dream for me. More than me! Without me knowing!
Oh my! When I saw your email, I was left speechless! I felt my heart smiling! Honestly, I looked around like what?! Excuse me! God really?!
It is written in so many stories that those we believe will be there, just may not be there. But the souls that are sent. Will be right there. Love is love and love is life! It’s pure to water your garden. But just one drop of water can save an another’s. A very dear friend, a lesson, a piece of me has taught me so much. But one thing that lives forever. Is their support. They don’t show up when you want them. They show up when you need them. They heard me. They cared. They made this happen! I am forever grateful for their existence!

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I am the founder of YenBai LLC, but more than that, I am a guide, a creator, and a builder of transformation. My work lives at the intersection of structure and spirit—where discipline meets alignment, and where vision becomes reality. I didn’t arrive here through a straight path. My journey was shaped through experience, pressure, responsibility, and deep self-reflection. I became who I am by being the one people leaned on. the one who could organize chaos, lead with clarity, and hold space for others while they figured out who they were becoming.
Over time, I realized my purpose was bigger than one title. I am a business consultant, paralegal, and mobile notary by profession, but I am also a divine guide, a clothing designer, a fitness instructor, and an author by calling and SO MUCH MORE! Each of these roles is an extension of the same mission: to help people come back to themselves, build with intention, and move through life with power, clarity, and alignment.
Through YenBai LLC, I provide real structure ,business formation, legal support, systems, and strategy. for those ready to build something solid. But I also provide something deeper: guidance for those who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or lost in the noise of life. I help people align mentally, physically, spiritually, and financially. Because true success, to me, is not one-dimensional, it is wholeness.
As a spiritual guide, I help people reconnect with their inner voice. the part of them that already knows, but has been silenced by fear, doubt, or survival. As a fitness instructor, I teach discipline, because the body is often where transformation begins. As a clothing designer, I create pieces that reflect identity and energy because what you wear is an extension of how you show up. And as an author, I speak truth, experience, and perspective because words have the power to awaken.
What I solve for people is deeper than surface-level problems. I work with individuals who feel stuck between who they are and who they know they’re meant to be. People who have the vision but lack the structure. People who are building externally but feel unaligned internally. I bridge that gap. I bring order to chaos, clarity to confusion, and intention to everything I touch.
What sets me apart is that I don’t separate the practical from the spiritual and righteous, I integrate both. I can help you build a business, but I will also help you build yourself. I understand systems, but I also understand energy. I lead with both strategy and intuition. My presence is direct, grounded, and transformative, I don’t just tell people what they want to hear, I guide them to what they need to face.
What I am most proud of is not just what I’ve built, but who I’ve become in the process. And even more than that, I’m proud of the people who have crossed paths with me and left changed. more aware, more disciplined, more aligned, more powerful. That is the real work. That is the impact.
If there is one thing I want people to understand about me and my brand, it is this: I am here for elevation in its truest form. Not surface success, not temporary motivation—but real, lasting transformation. YenBai LLC is not just a business. It is a reflection of resilience, purpose, and truth. It is for those who are ready to step into their highest version, not just in what they do, but in who they are.

Any advice for managing a team?
For me, managing a team is really about integrity and foundation. I don’t just look at it like people working together. I see it like a garden. Everyone has to want to be great for themselves first, and then for the realms they step into.”
“You can’t force that kind of energy. What you can do is create an environment where Souls feel safe, respected, and free to express who they are. When that’s there, people naturally take pride in what they do.”
“I believe in being the same person front line and behind closed doors. Integrity is important. That’s where trust comes from. If the energy is real all the way through, the team feels it, and it keeps everything grounded.”
“Leadership, to me, is about watering seeds. Every person has something in them. It’s just needs the right environment, light, the right timing, and sometimes the right push. I try to be intentional about that. About everything I do.”
“At the end of the day, when people are aligned with themselves, they show up stronger for everything around them. That’s how you build something that’s not just productive and powerful, but meaningful.”

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
I built my audience by learning to be fully seen, fully myself. I treat my platform like a diary, a place to write, to breathe, to express everything I am. Every post, every clip, every thought is me, in all the ways I want to be seen. I don’t chase trends. I lean into the edge, faith, hunger, suspense, balance, fearlessness, little thrill and so much more! Because that’s where life is lived fully.”
“Standing out isn’t about performing for others. It’s about performing for yourself. Showing up as your best self, in your own rhythm, in your own energy. The freedom comes when you honor your own voice.”
“Social media became my garden. I plant my ideas, my energy, my vision, and I water it with patience, discipline, and intention. Over time, people resonate, people connect, not because they had to, but because they saw and feel something real.”
“My advice to anyone starting out: be brave, be vulnerable, be fully you. Use your platform as your journal, your stage, your mirror. Share what only you can share. The rest will follow.”
