We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Xzavia Cuello. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Xzavia below.
Xzavia , appreciate you joining us today. Let’s jump right into how you came up with the idea?
The inspiration for my creative services business was born out of a genuine passion for music and storytelling. As a music artist, I quickly realized that creating the art was only one part of the journey — getting people to hear and experience it required a whole ecosystem of content: photos, videos, branding, and consistent visual storytelling. That creative execution became just as important as the music itself.
Before launching Solid Endeavors, I built a career in the technology industry and currently work as a software consultant. Gaining that technical expertise was transformative — it empowered me to approach content creation from a strategic and innovative perspective. I was no longer just creating art; I was building systems and using technology to amplify that art.
The real turning point came when I began talking with local small business owners. Many of them shared how overwhelmed they felt trying to figure out how to market themselves visually — how to translate their passion into content that actually resonated. I started offering guidance, helping them shape their brand identity, recommending tools, and consulting on content strategies. That’s when it clicked — there was a clear demand for this blend of creativity and tech-savvy support.
At the intersection where creativity meets technology, is where a spark collided and Solid Endeavors was born. I knew I could succeed because I had lived both worlds: I understood the emotional drive behind the artist’s vision and the logical systems behind executing that vision efficiently. I wasn’t guessing — I had firsthand experience and a skill set that was directly relevant. The value I could bring was clear.
Ultimately, I believe every brand deserves an identity that reflects its essence — and I knew I had the tools and vision to help others make that a reality.
Xzavia , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I’m a multi-passionate creative and technologist, and I’ve spent the last six years working professionally in the technology industry while nurturing my lifelong love for music. I began making music at the age of 16, and over time, that creative pursuit evolved into something much broader. My music has been featured on local radio stations and streamed over 55,000 times on platforms like Spotify in the past year alone. I bring that same level of drive, intention, and creative energy into every aspect of my business.
Solid Endeavors was built on the belief that impactful content doesn’t require a massive crew or an extravagant budget — it requires vision, strategy, and the right tools. And that’s where we shine. I like to say we approach projects like Batman approaches his utility belt — equipped for every situation. From DSLRs, drones to lightweight action cameras and even mobile phone gimbal rigs, we use a nimble, high-efficiency toolkit that allows us to capture a wide range of content, from immersive point-of-view video to cinematic aerial shots to crisp vlog-style storytelling. We also use lightweight audio setups to ensure our visuals are paired with professional sound quality, even in fast-moving or unconventional environments.
We pride ourselves on creating content that feels real, immersive, and uniquely tailored to each client’s story. Whether it’s a small business owner trying to carve out a brand identity, a creator looking to level up their content, or a brand seeking visually compelling footage — we’re here to bridge the gap between idea and execution.
What sets Solid Endeavors apart is our ability to translate creative vision into tangible, high-impact results — all while operating with agility, intention, and a deep understanding of both the technical and emotional sides of storytelling. We don’t just offer content creation, we offer strategic creative support that helps brands and individuals be seen, heard, and remembered.
What I’m most proud of is the connection I build with clients. I don’t just create content, I listen, understand, and bring their ideas to life with the same level of care I give to my own artistic work. That ability to truly see someone’s vision and have the tools to realize it — that’s the heartbeat of Solid Endeavors.
Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?
At the core of my creative journey is a deep drive to help others realize their full potential, especially those who are often overlooked. I’ve always hated seeing talent, vision, or ambition go to waste simply because someone didn’t have the tools, resources, or support to bring their ideas to life. That’s why I’m so passionate about working with small businesses, independent creators, and underrepresented voices.
I want the underdog to win. I want to see the local entrepreneur bring their brand to life with clarity and confidence. I want to help the artist, the dreamer, the small business owner execute their vision at a high level. I know firsthand how powerful that can be when done right.
My mission through Solid Endeavors is to make creative execution more accessible. Whether it’s content strategy, visual storytelling, or brand development, I want to be the bridge between great ideas and real-world impact. Seeing someone go from unsure to unstoppable — that’s what fuels me.
Is there something you think non-creatives will struggle to understand about your journey as a creative?
Absolutely. One thing I’ve noticed is that non-creatives often feel the need to categorize what we do — they’ll ask, ‘Are you a photographer or a videographer?’ And my honest answer is: not exactly. I’m not defined by a single label. I’m a creative strategist, someone with a powerful vision and the tools to bring that vision to life, whether it’s through visuals, sound, storytelling, or brand development.
Creativity isn’t about titles, it’s about outcomes. Just like you wouldn’t turn down a great meal because the cook isn’t a classically trained chef, you shouldn’t overlook powerful creative work because it doesn’t fit neatly into a box. What matters is the ability to execute — to turn ideas into something real, impactful, and high quality.
That’s what I bring to the table. I’m not limited by labels, I’m driven by results. I think more people, especially those outside the creative space, could benefit from understanding that creativity is less about titles and more about transformation.
