We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Wrendly Mesidor a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Wrendly, thanks for joining us today. What sort of legacy are you hoping to build. What do you think people will say about you after you are gone, what do you hope to be remembered for?
I want to be remembered for the work that I do and the people I’ve helped along the way.
I am not about Titles, but of what I do with those titles.
I have published my book, “Secrets of Self-Motivational Success” which inspired individuals to jump from point A to point B.
I have been in the Political, Educational, Public Safety, Public Relations, Fitness, Hospitality, and many other industries.
All of those have one thing in common, and that’s to help inspire others.

Wrendly, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I am a remarkable individual who has made significant contributions in various fields throughout my life. Born with a passion for entrepreneurship and community service, I have become a respected figure in both the business and public sectors.
As the owner of Wrendly Mesidor Consulting, I have established myself as a successful small business owner. With a keen understanding of business strategies and a commitment to excellence, I have provided invaluable consulting services to numerous clients, helping them achieve their goals and maximize their potential. My expertise and dedication have earned me a reputation for delivering exceptional results and fostering long-term partnerships.
In addition to my business ventures, I am an accomplished author. My book, “Secrets of Self-Motivational Success,” has inspired countless individuals to overcome obstacles, develop self-motivation, and unlock their full potential. Through my insightful writing and practical advice, I have empowered readers to take control of their lives and pursue their dreams with unwavering determination.
My commitment to community service is evident in my active involvement in various organizations. I serve on the North Miami Beach Redevelopment Advisory Board and Multicultural Committee, where I play a vital role in shaping the city’s future development and fostering a diverse and inclusive community. My passion for civic engagement and my ability to bring people together for positive change has made me a respected community leader.
Before my consulting career and community involvement, Wrendly served as a Civic Engagement Program Specialist and had a notable tenure as a Correctional Officer. These experiences have provided him with invaluable insights into the complexities of our society and a deep understanding of the importance of effective communication and leadership.
My educational background is equally impressive. I hold an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Broward College, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication, and a Master of Science degree in Global Strategic Communication from Florida International University (FIU). These qualifications have equipped me with a solid foundation in business management, organizational dynamics, and effective communication strategies.
In summary, I am a multifaceted individual who has made significant contributions in the fields of business, community service, and literature. Through my consulting work, authorship, community leadership, and previous professional roles, I have demonstrated my unwavering commitment to personal growth, community development, and the power of effective communication. My achievements and dedication make me an inspiring role model for aspiring entrepreneurs, community leaders, and individuals seeking self-motivational success.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
“Don’t trust everyone 100 percent.”
As a businessman, you have to put trust in some individuals and sometimes those you put your trust into are those who will stab in the back.
as much as I already know that I’d like to give people the benefit of the doubt. I was running for commissioner in North Miami Beach in 2022 and I met an individual who wanted a job. I gave the individual the job, but it ended up being one of the biggest mistakes I made, the individual betrayed my trust and never accomplished the mission.

We’d love to hear about how you keep in touch with clients.
I always make sure to follow up with my clients. Direct mail, Email, or in-person interaction.
I have to make sure the clients are kept satisfied with updates on new products or change management.
