Alright, Valentina thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. One of our favorite things to hear about is stories around the nicest thing someone has done for someone else – what’s the nicest thing someone has ever done for you?

I have a lot of wonderful clients. I truly am blessed. To actually be remembered since I give so much of myself out to other people. I’m in the business of helping other people so it’s a very selfless thing so when clients come with flowers or crystals or a little gift it really means a lot. I have some clients that just drop off random flowers at my door with a little note or a kombucha and it just really makes me feel loved.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

Well, my business came about accidentally stemming from a brain accident over 30 years ago, which then kicked in my gifts. From there, I waited a long time to really share them with the world because I wanted to make sure that they truly were gifts after that, I realized that if I was to do this full-time, I obviously needed to make a living. So that’s when it turned into a business but still to this day I hate to call it a business because one it doesn’t feel like I’m really working. It’s not a job feeling per se but also if it wasn’t for the way, the world was set up. I would definitely share my gifts for free, and sometimes I even do in some cases.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

Well, I would say my business is a lot different than most because you cannot go on the typical normal factors. My business being a Psychic medium is still met with a lot of skepticism and critique so I am always fighting that so really my credibility comes from word-of-mouth and people trusting me and of course, reviews and testimonials help as well.

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?

Honestly, my clientele comes solely from word-of-mouth. If people have a great reading, they go and tell all their friends because everyone could use some advice from the other side.
