Tiffany , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today We’d love to have you retell us the story behind how you came up with the idea for your business, I think our audience would really enjoy hearing the backstory.
I’ve always had a passion for styling and creating beautiful things, but for many years, my priority was raising my four children. I stepped away from my marketing career to focus on being a stay-at-home mom. However, during those years, I will entertain friends, family , my children’s friends and enjoyed styling food to make it look pretty. As my kids got older, I started thinking about re-entering the workforce and pursuing something that truly sparked my creativity again. My dream was to be my own boss, that I can do something that I love, and still give me flexibility to be with my family.
During long walks in Central Park with my dog, after dropping my kids off at school, I would listen to various podcasts. One podcast that particularly stood out to me was by Rick Warren, where he spoke about ‘our shape.’ He discussed how God has uniquely shaped each of us for a specific purpose based on our interests, passions, and talents. That message really resonated with me, and it was in that moment I realized my “shape” is creating and styling beautiful things. I’ve always loved taking simple elements and combining them in a way that makes them extraordinary, and it felt like a natural fit for me to explore this passion through entrepreneurship.
Around the same time, COVID-19 was in full force, and everyone was confined to their homes. People couldn’t gather in person, so I began experimenting with grazing boxes and platters. I realized this was a perfect way for people to enjoy a beautifully styled, gourmet experience, even if they were connecting virtually. I started offering grazing boxes for virtual get-togethers and corporate happy hours, and the response was incredible. People loved it!
As demand grew, clients began requesting more—grazing platters for small events, then grazing tables for larger gatherings. I saw a real opportunity to provide something that was both unique and personal, and that brought joy to people, even during such a challenging time. What excited me most was not just the creativity behind the business but how my approach was so simple yet effective: I loved hearing my clients’ vision for their events and helping elevate those moments in a bespoke way. There was nothing quite like the look on a client’s face when they saw a simple table transformed into something extraordinary.
The emotional connection, the creativity, and the joy that came from making someone’s event truly special was what made me believe this business was worth pursuing. I realize how blessed I am to have found my true passion.Amazing Graze NYC wasn’t just born out of a need for something new; it was born out of the realization that I could combine my love for design with an ability to make people feel truly special. This business is a celebration of beauty, creativity, and connection.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I’ve always had an innate passion for creating beautiful things that are pleasing to the eye. For me, presentation is everything – whether it’s styling a room, a dinner table, or even a platter of food. I truly believe that food should not only taste good, but it should also look beautiful. I find immense satisfaction in taking something simple and transforming it into something visually stunning. Nothing gives me greater satisfaction than seeing a boring or ordinary-looking table come alive through the creation of our grazing tables. It’s that moment of transformation that drives me, and I feel a deep sense of accomplishment when I see my clients’ eyes light up upon seeing the final result, whether it’s a grazing table or platter.
I got into this industry by chance. Grazing was popular in Australia, and gaining popularity in the States. I saw an opportunity to fuse my passion for creating and styling and turning it into a grazing business. During the COVID-19 pandemic, with extra time on my hands, I decided to experiment with styling grazing boxes and Amazing Graze NYC was launched. What started as a simple idea for holiday gifts for friends and families quickly grew into something much bigger. Companies began reaching out, asking if I could create grazing boxes for virtual corporate happy hours, and from there, the business expanded to offering grazing tables and catering for events.
We now collaborate with a range of brands, helping them launch products by sending creative, Instagram-worthy grazing platters and gift boxes to editors and influencers. I love working closely with my clients to understand their vision and create an experience that elevates their events. From corporate gatherings to large-scale brand launches, our goal is always to help our clients make a lasting impression with stunning food presentation.
What sets us apart is the personal attention we give to every project. We listen closely to our clients’ needs, ensuring we understand the essence of their event and what they want to communicate to their guests. Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a high-profile launch, we focus on making every detail perfect and ensuring our clients feel confident that their guests will remember the experience.
What I’m most proud of is the growth and evolution of Amazing Graze NYC. From a small idea born out of necessity during a pandemic to a business that helps brands and individuals create memorable experiences, it’s been an exciting journey. Above all, I pride myself on my hard work and dedication to always exceeding client expectations.

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?
Coming out of college, I started my career in advertising, working in media planning in Singapore and later transitioning into movie marketing for 20th Century Fox in Japan . What I truly loved about this work was the opportunity to immerse myself in various brands, understanding their missions and goals, and collaborating with different departments to bring those brands to life, especially through product launches.
After having four children, I made the decision to step away from my career and become a full-time mom. During those years, I lived in various countries—from Singapore (where I am originally from) to Tokyo, London, and eventually to New York City—each of which had a profound impact on my creativity. The rich cultures, unique designs, and innovative ideas from each city influenced the way I saw the world and shaped my approach to design and branding. The exposure to different artistic traditions, ways of thinking, and aesthetic sensibilities has helped me develop a broader, more global perspective on creativity.
As my children grew older, I began to reconsider my professional path, I found myself reflecting on what I wanted to do next. I realized my innate passion for creating and building something from the ground up, and I had always dreamed of being my own boss. After being away from the workforce for several years, I decided to pivot and pursue something that aligned with my passions and the freedom of having my own schedule and spending time with my family.
That’s when I founded Amazing Graze NYC, a venture that allowed me to combine my love for creativity with my entrepreneurial spirit. The influences I gained from living in diverse places have played a huge role in the brand I’ve built and the products I create. It’s been an incredibly rewarding journey, and I’m proud of how my experiences have shaped my business and the connections I’ve made along the way.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
I believe not one, but several key qualities helped me build a strong reputation within my market. Sincerity and honesty have been central to my approach and one of the most important key quality. I’ve always believed in being transparent and straightforward with clients, which helps to establish trust and long-term relationships.
Hard work has also played a significant role. Amazing Graze NYC strive to go above and beyond to deliver results, and I consistently aim to exceed my clients’ expectations. This dedication to quality and service has allowed me to build a reputation for reliability and excellence.
Listening to my clients has been another crucial factor. I take the time to really understand their vision for each event, ensuring that what we create together aligns with their goals and expectations. This focus on understanding their needs and desires helps to ensure that every project is a true reflection of their vision.
In addition, staying true to myself and the values that Amazing Graze NYC represents has been key. I believe in authenticity, and I make sure that everything I do reflects the core mission of the brand—whether that’s in the products we offer, the relationships we nurture, or the way we approach business.
