Tasha, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Can you tell us about a time where you or your team really helped a customer get an amazing result?

The sellers had lived in their home for over a decade and, while they loved it, they knew that it was time for a change. The Mama Bear Team’s Moving Makeover Program was the perfect solution for the sellers of this house. They had lived in the home for over a decade, and while they loved it, they knew that it needed some updating. The program was designed to help homeowners update their homes without breaking the bank, and the results were amazing. After just $35,000 in renovations, the property’s value increased by 24%. In the end, the sellers were able to get more than they ever could have imagined for their home.

The team replaced the carpet, painted the walls and ceiling, installed new stair railings, updated the lighting, and put in new cabinet hardware. The total cost was just under $35,000, but it made a huge difference in how the home looked.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?

The Mama Bear Team works closely with Estate and Probate Attorneys as well as Wealth Advisors. We become an extension of their offices to provide services that expand on the client experience. The more we deliver smiles at the closing table, the more our referral partners know that we will continue to do so to the best of our ability. When we can deliver smiles when someone has experienced a loss, imagine what we can do when they haven’t.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

We attempt to do the right thing, every time. While we are human and make mistakes, we own up to those and work to get beyond conflict together. We strongly believe it is not only about how you handle the challenges but how you get through the obstacles and still be friends at the end of the day that matters. We are direct in our communication and deliver to our promises. We don’t under promise to make ourselves look better. We make strong promises and do everything we can to deliver.
