Teachers and students can spend around 8 hours a day and 187 days out of the year in a classroom and school. Steven is a middle school teacher with a natural desire to help others. Greg is the owner of a home renovation company with the same mindset. Both Steven and Greg are fathers and husbands struggling with the day-to-day battle of allergies and other illnesses caused by allergens, pollutants, and other airborne contaminants. With the idea of helping our families deal with the constant struggle of allergy related illnesses, the discovery of the main causes of allergy related flareups and illnesses were found and the idea to create a company helping people create and maintain a healthy indoor environment by capturing, removing, and eliminating indoor airborne contaminant and pollutants was created.
Fresh Air Matters started as an idea and has evolved as a company that has changed the indoor air quality industry. One of the most common reasons for poor indoor air quality and HVAC malfunction is restricted airflow caused by the failure to regularly replace the air filters. That’s why our initial business model was to arrive at the customer’s destination, provide the filters, replace them for the customer, and clean the return vents every 30-90 days. Fresh Air Matters started with $0. We established a social media page and business began. One customer turned into two, and two catapulted from there. It is our growth mindset that has allowed us to constantly evolve as a business and has allowed us to maintain organic growth without having to take on or become in debt to any person or business. However, as the business continues we are noticing the one thing that puts us apart from the other big names companies that claim to focus on indoor air quality; honestly. Fresh Air Matters puts people over profits and don’t look to lie or cheat the customer to sell them unnecessary products or services.
As we continue our growth, we are planning to begin accepting investors with the same creative and growth mindset as we have to continue our loyalty to our customers and help create and maintain healthy, indoor air.
