Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Stacey Flood . We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Stacey , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
My mission is simple. I wanted to create systems and processes to make my clients spaces functional and efficient for them. By doing this, it gives them peace of mind and reduces unnecessary stress. I am a big believer in mental health and minimal chaos. As a former educator, this practice came naturally. I love to teach ways to organize and plan out systems. Ultimately, the goal is to create a lifestyle that is easy to manage and transferable.
Stacey , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
This business started from a lifelong love of organizing and loving clean and neat spaces. Family members and friends began to ask me to assist them with their home/office projects and Stacey’s Organizing Solutions was born. During the pandemic, I saw a significant increase in clients as we all were forced to be at home and with our clutter. Luckily, I was able to offer virtual sessions!
I am most proud of my projects that change lives and give my clients joy and peace. When I transform a client’s thinking and spaces it’s magical!
We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
I started my social media presence by introducing stories, pictures of my work and client testimonials. I also invited friends and family to follow me and submit feedback. My advice to others would be to stay focused and determined. The process of growing your followers takes time and lots of patience. Also, keep your posts current and engaging. Try to post weekly to keep your business presence active.
Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
Networking and being a part of groups/associations that are for Professional Organizers. When new clients are looking for a service, it helps to have a backing to support your work. I think that social media has played a significant part also. Lastly, client referrals and word of mouth have been helpful.
