We recently connected with Sierra Coleman and have shared our conversation below.

Sierra , appreciate you joining us today. Can you talk to us about a project that’s meant a lot to you?

Hiiii! Sooo the most meaningful project that I’ve worked on thus far would have to be my short film “Not Gone Fail”. It’s basically about my life and how everything came crashing down at once,
I literally lost everything from my home, vehicle, job all in a short period of time. It’s near and dear to me because I know many people who have struggled in these financial areas as well.

Sierra , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

Welllll, I would consider myself to be the ultimate creative! I am a motivational speaker/minister where I’ve used my platforms to uplift others for years. I have a podcast, I make short films, skits, I model, rap, I even do hair & tattoos. I’ve just almost recently gotten into acting. I booked my first background role so I’m excited about that. I am currently in the process of filming my own show which will be streaming on multiple platforms. That is my greatest accomplishment in regards to my current work in which I’ll be reaching others with enthusiasm throughout the globe, not limited to social media.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?

The most effective strategy has been to just simply be yourself, your funny self, your loud self, your crazy self, whoever you are stay true to you because you’ll be more relatable and approachable by people. I’ve always thought outside of the box when it came to my creative works which attracts others to my spontaneity. Also, be consistent in always creating something new! Never get used to doing the same old things!

For you, what’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative?

The most rewarding part of being an artist is leaving your mark upon people’s hearts. Often times people will never forget how you made them feel. Making a difference with either a smile, a laugh or a silly dance. I’m here for it! Also, always having new ideas fuels me and that is also very rewarding because there is never a dull moment. There is no room for stagnation! If I can influence others with my content, to do and be better or to even laugh. I’ve done my job.
