Sierra , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today If you could go back in time do you wish you had started your creative career sooner or later?

Honestly, I wish I had started way sooner! But I can admit the journey has been fun! I’ve met so many awesome people and created beautiful memories. If I started my creative path back when I was younger in my 20’s instead of going to jail and rehab etc. I would have retired by now. And that is not a joke.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

I am a motivational speaker and influencer. I use my God given gifts and talents to encourage others. While I speak to people about God, my approach is unique. A little different than most so it’s what makes me stand out among them. I am a very relatable woman, which is also a sign of humility. That is how I connect to the world. I speak to people and remind them why they are here, I encourage, I inspire!

How did you build your audience on social media?

Consistency is key! When I first began I posted every single day, multiple times per day. Promoting and boosting also helps but it can get expensive so the best way to go is to target breakfast, lunch and dinner time. At least that’s how I did it and it worked for me. 3 post. Done.

For you, what’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative?

The most rewarding is being a Blessing to someone else! I was created to give! It’s my hearts desire! Anytime I am able to assist, I do it with conviction and precision. Earth angel on deck.
