We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Sarah Weaver a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Sarah, appreciate you joining us today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
Appreciate you joining us today. Risk-taking is something we’re really interested in, and we’d love to hear the story of a risk you’ve taken.
Certainly! One of the most significant risks I took was transitioning from my stable corporate job to start my own business. It was a leap of faith, leaving behind the comfort of a regular paycheck for the uncertainties of entrepreneurship. However, I believed in my vision and the potential of my business idea. Embracing this risk allowed me to pursue my passion and unlock immense opportunities for growth and personal fulfillment.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
Sure! I am Sarah, author, speaker, coach, real estate investor, and business owner. I went from 3 to 15 units in 90 days across four states. I self-manage my properties including nine furnished rentals—using both the short-term and medium-term rental strategy.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
Building a strong clientele base involves a combination of factors. Firstly, delivering exceptional service is crucial. Satisfied clients are more likely to refer you to others. Secondly, networking and building relationships within the industry have been immensely helpful. Attending events, joining professional associations, and engaging in online communities have all contributed to expanding my network and attracting new clients. Lastly, utilizing digital marketing strategies such as social media and content marketing has been effective in increasing brand visibility and attracting potential clients.
Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
During the early stages of my business, I faced numerous challenges, and there was a point when I felt overwhelmed and questioned my decision to venture into entrepreneurship. However, I remained resilient and adapted my approach. I sought guidance from mentors and industry experts, continuously educated myself, and embraced a growth mindset. Through perseverance and determination, I navigated through the hurdles, and my business eventually flourished.
