We recently connected with Renay and Sade Moore and have shared our conversation below.
Renay and Sade, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. When did you first know you wanted to pursue a creative/artistic path professionally?
We have always been creative growing up as children and intrigued by the creative arts. I remember hearing this performance art school was auditioning from an advertisement on Disney Radio. We both begged our mom to take us to the open casting. We were so excited she took us; we received great feedback, and the agent selected us, but we never got the opportunity to attend due to Hurricane Katrina. This didn’t stop us, though. From there, we started to do school talent shows and fashion shows around the city, sign up for management, and even do television work and earn degrees, which opened up other opportunities for us to work in the entertainment industry and other fields that sparked our interests.

Renay and Sade, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
We initially started out as models modeling for department stores while in high school. After graduating, we relocated to Los Angeles, attended college, and earned our degrees. What sets us apart from most is our discipline, patience, and faith in God. We are proud of our versatility, never feeling limited to one career path. Since we have been in California, we have worked in the sports, entertainment, customer relations, and transportation industries.
What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?
The goal is to inspire our supporters. I want them to know that their dreams and aspirations are possible if they believe in themselves. -Sade
My goal is to inspire people to never put limitations on themselves. My drive in my own life is knowing that you can do all things through Christ, who gives you strength. The world we live in is limitless, so you have to explore, and through that process, you will find what works for you and what doesn’t. -Renay
Stay on course and believe in yourself. – Sade

What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?
The most rewarding aspect of being creative for me is freedom of expression. -Renay
The most rewarding aspect of being creative is having creative control. I like to collaborate with others, yes, but I am also very hands-on, so sharing my creativity directly as I want it brings me joy.
