Rosy, appreciate you joining us today. Was there a moment in your career that meaningfully altered your trajectory? If so, we’d love to hear the backstory.

The first time I learned about my Human Design I literally never felt so deeply seen and understood. It was a defining moment in both my life and my career. I chose to dive head first into learning about this Science of Differentiation because I wanted to be able to share this same feeling with my team and my clients. Every single one of us is designed to do life and business in our own unique way – Human Design clearly shows that way and it is my deepest honor to shine a light and reveal the brilliance within those who invite me to share.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

Hi Friend! I am so happy that you are reading this right now. I started my entrepreneur journey in the Network Marketing space. I was a teacher leading up to that and when I had my twin sons I knew I wouldn’t be going back to work for awhile (my whole paycheck would have gone to childcare). I didn’t consciously choose to start a Network Marketing business – it literally happened “on accident” as I was already sharing the products I loved with others. When I found out I could earn an income for doing what I was already doing – I was all in. What I wasn’t ready for was all of the parts and pieces of running a successful business: marketing, strategy, mentoring others, finances, social media, personal and professional development, etc. My limiting beliefs started to take over and I stepped away from my natural strengths to try to imitate the leaders who were more successful than me…this cycle lasted for years until I discovered Human Design. Understanding and clearly knowing what my strengths are, how I’m here to show up, what clients are attracted to me and why, and how I know when my life and business are in alignment. So I chose to dive in and learn this system so I could share this good news with people who are also on their own entrepreneur adventure. I have expanded to using Human Design to help people move through their trauma safely: getting back into their bodies, learning to calm the nervous system, and beginning to trust your inner knowing and believe that you are here for a purpose and with a purpose. I also love sharing human design with parents and partners – revealing the energy dynamics of each person to bring more awareness and harmony. As you can see – I LOVE Human Design. It has proven one of the most powerful tools I have found to date. I would love to share your brilliance with you!

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?

The most effective strategy I have experienced for growing my clientele is to CLEARLY and UNAPOLOGETICALLY sharing myself, my heart, my passions, and my purpose. I do this through sharing my story (without oversharing), being honest and real (courage and vulnerability). When I shine clearly and brightly, the correct people who need my light will respond. It has been really helpful to know who these people are (based on my Human Design) – so I speak clearly to them and let them know that I have tools, resources, and a great desire to help them. I also know that I am NOT going to reach everyone – and that has helped me release a huge weight off of my heart – and helped me know that my energy is saved for people who DO want to work with me.

Do you think you’d choose a different profession or specialty if you were starting now?

I WOULD – and still continue to choose Network Marketing as one of my professions. I love that it provides an affordable and supportive way to step into your power as an entrepreneur. It is my desire to hold a safe and supportive space for people who are choosing this. By sharing the lessons I have learned around ethical sales and marketing, and sharing their unique Human Design I am doing my part to help people experience Network Marketing in a healthy and aligned way.
