We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Rose Ol. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Rose below.
Rose, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. What do you think it takes to be successful?
To me success is trying and doing your best even when you’re afraid, even when you’re uncertain of the outcome. When we are afraid of failure, it can be tempting to give up and avoid taking any risks at all. However, if you allow yourself to mess up and keep trying growth is the only guide to your success.
Those who are willing to keep trying even when they are afraid are more likely to achieve their goals and realize their full potential. We have to understand that failure is a natural part of the learning process and that setbacks are opportunities to learn and grow. The only way to truly succeed is to take action, even when you’re unsure of the outcome.
So, to me if you want to achieve success in any area of your life, it is important to be willing to push through your fears and take risks. This may require you to step outside of your comfort zone and face your fears head-on, but the rewards of doing so can be life long. With persistence and a willingness to keep trying even in the face of adversity, anyone can achieve their goals and become the best version of themself.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
Ezi’s Branding is a black owned online jewelry shop that specializes in selling crystal/beaded bracelets, necklaces, etc in each drop. With E.Z.I standing for eunoia zonal initating, one of the main things we focus on is being different. Making items we believe set our customers apart from the rest of the world and promote the star in them.
We’d really appreciate if you could talk to us about how you figured out the manufacturing process.
All of my products are hand-made by me! My ambition for jewelry making first started in Highschool, I would make them for friends or family just for fun on the side whenever I had the chance, but as time went on I realized I wanted to do more than that. I wanted to be more creative and make jewelry for not only people around me, but for the world!

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
One of the biggest lessons I had to unlearn was thinking life is a one way road. All my life I thought it was go to school, get a degree, and start a job. But honestly, it isn’t life is about trying new things and jumping out of your comfort zone. Wether it’s hobbies or even starting a business. Life doesn’t have to be a paved road, you’re allowed to change the direction.
