We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Robyn Graham a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Robyn, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. If you had a defining moment that you feel really changed the trajectory of your career, we’d love to hear the story and details.
In March 2022, I published “You, Me, and Anxiety: Take Action Over Anxiety To Enjoy Being You.” At the time, I felt a calling to help women and their children navigate anxiety. Because I had two businesses and a podcast, I ignored the calling. But when God has a purpose for us, we can only ignore it for so long.
In the fall of 2024, I could no longer ignore the calling. I was asked to join a master coach certification program focused on parenting, trauma, and relationships. All subjects that I knew would help me help women struggling with anxiety or those who had been held back because of past experiences and a lack of healing. In addition, shortly after the program began, I discovered a neuroscience coaching certification program that offered an option to earn my ACC credential through ICF.
By June of 2025, I was a certified neuroscience coach, and in December of 2025, I earned my master coach certification and am recognized as being trauma-informed. For the past 7 months, I have been providing a solution for women to overcome anxiety, improve relationships, achieve goals, and become the parent they’ve always wanted to be.
Overcoming and silencing the anxiety I had experienced throughout my life to write my book and step into a new purpose took courage, but it has been worth every minute spent learning and mastering new skills to help others in a new way.

Robyn, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
My journey has been interesting. I am blessed to be both left and right-brained. My original degree is a doctorate in pharmacy. For many years, I was a medical writer and consultant in the pharmaceutical industry, until I decided to follow my passion and become a professional photographer so I could be more readily available to my children.
As a headshot and branding photographer, I realized many women didn’t know how to build a solid foundation for sustainable business success. I had built two successful businesses, so I earned a certification as a brand strategist and began consulting for my photography clients. That led to taking on more consulting clients and mastering SEO. Helping women achieve sustainable business success was rewarding, but I knew there was more.
After writing my book, I felt a calling to help women and their children navigate and overcome anxiety. I didn’t act on the call immediately because I had a successful business and didn’t feel qualified. At the same time I wrote the book, I decided to sell my photography business and focus solely on the podcast, the book, and consulting. Life was busy. I have three children, and I could only do so much in the time I had. And my family was my priority.
And then, life changed again.
After two years, I acted on the calling to become a life/anxiety/parenting coach for women. I am now a master-certified life coach, trauma-informed, and have obtained my certification as a neuroscience coach. Soon, I will have my ACC credential through ICF.
Now, drawing on neuroscience and scripture, I offer a solution for women to transform anxiety into calm, confidence, and contentment in all aspects of life: relationships, parenting, and career.
Every step of my journey has led me right where I am today. There have been many challenges, but more rewards. I am most proud of my resilience, perseverance, and courage to walk through my own journey of emotional healing while working hard to achieve goals, and now I get to help other women experiencing challenges similar to the ones I faced.
I am passionate about the mind, body, and spirit and their impact on brain health. You could say I am back to my pharmacy roots, but in a new way. Now I work with my clients in thought-provoking, creative ways to navigate life, overcome anxiety, eliminate emotional chaos, and deepen relationships for a thriving family experience while achieving personal growth and maintaining career aspirations.
When women heal, grow, and transform, the trajectory of their family changes for generations to come. It is a joy and honor to do the work I do to help other women and their families.

Other than training/knowledge, what do you think is most helpful for succeeding in your field?
The thing that has been most helpful in my career as a coach is having gone through my own life and emotional challenges. Having gone through my own journey gives me insight into my clients and an understanding of what they are navigating. In addition, empathy and intuition are crucial for being a good coach. Values and ethics are imperative, but having empathy and intuition allows me to help my clients on a deeper level. Lastly, my faith has been an integral part of every aspect of my life, and I believe all of my clients’ successes, healing, growth, and transformation stem from incorporating faith into our work together.

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
The greatest lesson I had to unlearn is that I am not in control and need to ask for help. As much as I love being independent and strong, I can only achieve and be who I’m meant to be when I have a team of support and seek God’s guidance.
As the oldest child and being an anxious introvert, I always tried to control my life and struggled to ask for help. I love to learn and strive to figure things out on my own. This trait has served me well, my value of curiousity has helped me thrive, however, we are not meant to do life or business on our own. It results in overwhelm and burnout over time. The faster we give ourselves grace to ask for help and do emotional healing work, the faster we are on our way to achieving meaningful relationships and success with a healthy mindset.
