Regina, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Alright – so having the idea is one thing, but going from idea to execution is where countless people drop the ball. Can you talk to us about your journey from idea to execution?

My journey from idea to execution began with a passion for creating beautiful and meaningful spaces. What started as helping friends and small gatherings quickly grew into something much bigger as I realized how powerful well-designed celebrations can be.

In the beginning, I worked with what I had, taking small steps, learning the business, building relationships, and slowly developing my own design style. I didn’t wait for perfect conditions — I trusted the process and kept moving forward with faith and determination.

Over time, that vision evolved into Elior Events, a luxury event design brand serving clients across Florida. Today I design weddings, milestone celebrations, and meaningful events with intention, creativity, and attention to detail.

Looking back, the most important step was simply starting. Every opportunity, even the small ones, helped build the path to where I am today, and I continue to grow with gratitude, perseverance, and a love for creating unforgettable moments.

I am the founder and creative director of Elior Events, a luxury event design company based in Florida. My work focuses on creating elevated and meaningful celebrations, from weddings and milestone birthdays to mitzvahs and intimate gatherings. I have always had a passion for transforming spaces and bringing beauty and intention into every detail, and over time that passion naturally grew into a full-service event design business.

What sets my work apart is the level of care and personalization I bring to each event. I don’t just decorate a space — I design experiences that reflect my clients’ stories, cultures, and special moments. I focus on textures, lighting, florals, and thoughtful details that create an atmosphere guests will never forget. Whether it is an elegant wedding, a luxury birthday, or a meaningful celebration, my goal is always to create something timeless and unique.

I am most proud of building my business through faith, perseverance, and creativity. Every step of the journey has required trust, hard work, and a deep commitment to excellence. Today, I continue to grow and serve clients across Florida, creating celebrations that are not only beautiful but also filled with meaning and heart.

My business began as a small passion that gradually grew into a full-time career. Over time, I realized this was more than a side project — it was something I truly wanted to build and grow.

As demand increased, I reinvested into my work, expanded my inventory, and built strong relationships with vendors and clients. Each event helped refine my style and allowed me to offer more elevated and personalized experiences.

One of my biggest milestones was establishing Elior Events as a luxury event design brand serving clients across Florida. What began as a simple side hustle has now become my full-time career and creative purpose, and I continue to grow with gratitude, faith, and a passion for creating unforgettable celebrations.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?

My reputation has been built through care, consistency, and the way I treat people. I believe in treating others the way I would want to be treated, and I always try to give more than what is expected. Even when it requires extra time or effort, I believe in doing things the right way. For me, every event is personal, and I approach each celebration as if it were for my own family.

From the first conversation to the final setup, I focus on details, communication, and creating a calm and trustworthy experience for my clients. Word of mouth has been one of the greatest blessings in growing my business. When people feel respected, valued, and cared for, they remember — and they share that experience with others.
