We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Rebecca Wiltshire. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Rebecca below.
Rebecca, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Was there a defining moment in your professional career? A moment that changed the trajectory of your career?
Covid 19 changed the trajectory of my career! In a time of uncertainty and isolation, I became really aware of my own health! I lost 100 pounds, I became sober, and I healed from lifelong trauma. I became really productive at work and I started my preventative health business during that time!

We also have wellness products! I came out with my own line of CBD pain cream used for arthritis, sore muscles and pain!

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
I had to unlearn procrastination! When things got overwhelming of the amount of tasks I had to get done, I would find excuses to get distracted or wait until last minute to do things or not do things at all! I worked really hard on getting hard things done first and work on tasks without getting overwhelmed. It’s definitely been an ongoing learning process!

We’d appreciate any insights you can share with us about selling a business.
I have worked hard the past 4 years in creating my business and I would be interested in selling it one day! I have a trademark for my company and I believe that preventative health is an essential business that could attract buyers!
