We recently connected with Ramil Ramillionaire Carr and have shared our conversation below.
Ramil Ramillionaire , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. When did you first know you wanted to pursue a creative/artistic path professionally?
At first I was just dressing up for the love of clothes At first I was just doing it for fun my friends and family were asked me for styling tips into style them, so we just all for fun . and I didn’t know it was lucrative until later around 2018 I started doing it professionally I started booking clients for styling gigs and then that’s what led me to influencing once I was posted on brands and I took it seriously I hired a photographer, and then brands started contacting me, asking me to influence their products and their clothing.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
well at first it started out as a hobby I would get dressed up just to go place. and than people started asking me to pick out outfits for them and it went from there lol I was like I can make money from this I’m all in! than I started like paying more attention to other influencers and see how they were getting brands to pay them to where and use there products I wanted to do that so I looked and seen what I was miss and than I fixed it . so I hire a professional photographer to up grade my visuals and make my ig be more put together so people could understand what it is I do. what sets you apart from other is my personal style I’m very bold and unique with my fashion choose and that get peoples attention. I’m most proud of me doing the research and make it a realty getting hired by BRANDS. I want potential clients/followers/fans to know about me is that I’m true to my self and what you see is what you get I really live my life how my social media shows you.
Is there something you think non-creatives will struggle to understand about your journey as a creative?
yes its not as easy at it looks to be an influencer you really have to put in work it more than just take cool pictures it takes a lot of planing you have to be devoted it. its more than what u seen when you see the finished product.
Influencer marketing can be bad when not done right.
In most cases, it happens when your brand partners with the wrong influencer or fails to track the results of their efforts. The cons of being an influencer include:
Lots of competition.
Taking time off from posting can lead to decreased engagement and fewer chances of collaborations.
Bullying from haters.
The pros of being a social media influencer include:
Flexibility in terms of topics you can explore, location, and hours of work.
Opportunities to partner with fantastic brands.
Earn money from your passion.
Inspire and influence people.
Free invites to events and products/services.
Advantages of influencer marketing include:
Builds credibility and shows authority.
Drives purchase decisions.
Helps cut through ad blindness.
Allows you to connect with audiences on their preferred platforms.
Greatly improves your ROI.
Boosts your reach.
Gives you access to quality content.

What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?
The process of creating art is a learning process that continues for your entire career and life. Witnessing your own growth as an artist is one of the most rewarding parts of being an creative. Like you know, some people don’t see it they don’t think that you have the ability to be in creative, but it’s rewarding when you can prove people wrong in yourself wrong when you can book gigs that you thought was impossible and of reach.
