Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Rahki Giovanni. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Rahki , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?
In August of 1991 was born in Miami, Florida—Opa-locka, to be exact—and by the time I was four, I was living in San Juan,Puerto Rico, attending school on the island and soaking up my culture. After the first grade, we moved back to the States, settling in East Point, Georgia. And let me tell you, we were RICH. Not just comfortable, but that over-the-top kind of wealthy where everything felt larger than life.
My dad was a real estate savage, the kind of man who could turn a handshake into a million-dollar deal. At one point, he owned over 13 homes, and we lived on a sprawling compound. Eleven acres of pure luxury. I was that spoiled little rich girl, who had ballet, tap dancing and piano lessons, the one with a toy room bigger than most living rooms. My mom had a fleet of cars, closets filled with the best fashion, and life felt untouchable
—until it wasn’t.
When the market crashed, it hit us hard. I don’t think my dad saw it coming, and we paid the price for it in ways I would never imagined. One moment, I was the princess of a real estate empire; the next, we were a family trying to figure out where our next meal would come from. We faced homelessness more times than I care to admit, from section 8 programs to living with family, but if there’s one thing about my dad, it’s that he’s brilliant. He found his way back to success, clawing us out of despair and teaching me the grit that would become my foundation.
My life became a bi-product of financial highs and lows, the kind of instability that messes with your sense of security and self-worth as a child. It’s a disease when left unchecked becoming a state of mind & A life threatening cycle that traps too many people in survival mode. But let me tell you something about RAH, I don’t stay down, drown in sorrow, feel sad for myself or create excuses. Those experiences, as humbling and heartbreaking as they were, lit a forest fire in my system.
That fire turned me into the Hustler! Making my own money as a teen. hundreds of dollars a week at 14, that led to my first Million at 21. I learned how to truly create my own lane &
write my own mf rules.
This is my story—from riches to rags and back again. A journey of resilience, reinvention, and relentless determination. Let me show you how i got to my Big bag! life of luxury and domineer that allowed me to take control of my destiny—because if I did it, anyone can!
Here’s 5 out of the Rahki G Ten commandments to getting to the bag and how to become rich!
1. Obsession Over Discipline
“You don’t get what you want, you get what you’re obsessed about. Success isn’t about motivation; it’s about showing up every day, even when you don’t feel like it. Treat your goals like they’re non-negotiable—because they are.”
2. Master Your Mindset
“Your mind is your biggest asset or your biggest liability. If you’re not feeding it positivity, growth, and resilience, you’re sabotaging yourself. Confidence isn’t optional—it’s mandatory.”
3. Be Relentless in Execution
“Everybody has a plan, but not everybody has execution. You gotta stop talking about what you want and start doing the work. Perfection is a myth—just start!”
4. Invest in Relationships
“Your network is your net worth, baby! Billionaires don’t do it alone. Build relationships with people who challenge you to level up, who inspire you to be better, and who hold you accountable. Keep the winners close and cut the dead weight.”
5. Stay Hungry, Stay Humble
“The moment you feel like you’ve made it is the moment you’ve already lost. The greats are never satisfied; they’re always chasing the next level. Stay curious, keep learning, and never let your ego run the show.”
a Bad Bitch doesn’t just talk about success—she lives it.”

Rahki , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
For those who may not have heard my story yet, let me introduce myself: I’m Rahki Giovanni—a multifaceted powerhouse who’s unapologetically dominating industries most wouldn’t expect. My journey began in fitness, where I built my reputation as a health and wellness guru, inspiring millions with my discipline, resilience, and next-level energy. From there, I expanded my empire, becoming a go-to partner for global brands like Fashion Nova, where I’ve been the face of campaigns that merge beauty, fitness, and fierce femininity.
But that’s not all. Beyond fitness and fashion, I’ve made groundbreaking strides in the energy sector. I’m one of the very few African American women thriving in oil, gas, and sustainable energy—a space that desperately needs diverse leadership. My company, now 10 years strong, focuses on solar panel manufacturing, biodegradable solutions for drilling, efficient EV charging innovations, and redefining luxury gas stations. We’re not just changing the game; we’re rewriting the rulebook on what’s possible for women of color in this field.
What sets me apart is my ability to blend luxury and legacy. Whether I’m inspiring women through fitness, creating beauty and fashion partnerships, or delivering eco-conscious solutions in energy, my mission is clear: to leave a lasting impact while paving the way for others to rise. I solve problems that matter—helping my clients and collaborators elevate their lives, their businesses, and their futures.
What am I most proud of? Honestly, everything. From my accolades in fitness to my entrepreneurial ventures, to now being an author, I’ve proven that you can have it all if you’re willing to work for it. My book is a bible for women ready to level up, master their mindset, and achieve the life they’ve always dreamed of.
If there’s one thing I want people to take away from my brand, it’s this: I am the embodiment of what happens when ambition, authenticity, and hard work collide. I’m not just a businesswoman—I’m a tycoon, a hustler, and an unapologetic advocate for living the life you truly desire. So, whether you’re here for fitness tips, business advice, or inspiration to reinvent yourself, you’ve come to the right person :)

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
Honestly, my reputation in the oil, gas, and renewable energy space comes from a combination of expertise, resilience, and knowing how to navigate rooms where I was often the only one who looked like me. Being a Black woman in an industry that’s historically male-dominated—and predominantly white—wasn’t just a challenge; it was my fuel. I knew I had to be twice as sharp, twice as prepared, and twice as confident.
I’ve been in this business for 15 years, but my connection to the industry runs even deeper. My family has been in the energy game since 1984, so I grew up around it—absorbing knowledge, building relationships, and learning the ins and outs of the business. When I officially entered the field, I didn’t just lean on those connections—I expanded on them. I’ve had the privilege of negotiating major deals with billionaires, working with top oil conglomerates, and landing government contracts that helped solidify my place as a major player in this space.
What sets me apart is that I don’t just sit at the table—I bring value to it. Whether I’m discussing sustainable innovations like EV charging solutions or negotiating a multimillion-dollar drilling project, I come prepared with solutions, insights, and a vision. I also make it a point to invest in relationships. In this industry, reputation is everything, and being well-connected with big players isn’t just about networking—it’s about showing up consistently, delivering results, and proving that you’re someone they can trust.
At the end of the day, I think my reputation speaks for itself because I’ve earned it. I’ve put in the work, broken barriers, and shown that not only can I hold my own in this field—I can thrive in it. And to me, that’s bigger than any deal—it’s about creating a legacy for other women, especially women of color, to step into spaces they’ve been told weren’t made for them. Because trust me, they are.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
The most effective strategy for growing my clientele has been a combination of staying polished, prepared, and present in the right spaces. First impressions matter, so I make sure I’m always well put-together, exuding confidence and professionalism that reflects the caliber of my work. I constantly stay ahead of market trends by researching problems and creating innovative solutions that not only solve current challenges but also anticipate future needs. I intentionally place myself in rooms where decision-makers, visionaries, and power players are—whether that’s on first-class flights, in Amex lounges, private members’ clubs, or at country clubs. Building relationships in these spaces has allowed me to create a strong, well-connected circle, which naturally bolstered my presence and reputation in the market. Relationships are currency in this game, and being strategic about where and how I build them has been a game-changer.
