We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Prabhjot Singh a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Prabhjot, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Do you have a hero? What have you learned from them?
My hero is not one person, it’s my family. my mom and dad and my siblings. Each one of them taught me, different lessons. my father came here as an immigrant. He worked Ass off to save up and bring us here, that taught me that just because you’re going through your own struggle doesn’t mean you’re gonna forget about your family. My mom taught me teamwork and how I could work with my siblings to build an empire. Each of my siblings motivated me to work even harder because when we came here they were going to college and getting the degrees while working five dollars an hour at a grocery store and clothing store. combining all of these is what motivated me to work so hard and to come so far.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I launched my business “Organic Motion Productions LLC” in 2020. I always wanted an empire, but to build an empire, you must struggle first. When I started, I had to do many shows and events for free, but the same time, even if you’re offering your services for free, not everybody’s going to let you work with them. Shout out to Fluff Jones and Asia for letting me work with them for their shows, also shout the whole team “We on tour”. From there, I started networking and meeting different artist, DJs, and promoters. On the other hand, already had a lot of good relationships with other artists. One of the first artist that I ever worked with was Dread Woo. He helped my career a lot in the beginning and that’s my brother for life shout out to all my other brothers from 092, nappy Blue, juggs and all my other brothers from the block. From there I started doing other concerts and events that I was getting paid for. But the one that was the most memorable was thrown by sotalented, which was “Bizzy Bank and his friends”. Probably one of the biggest concerts that I did when I first started the second most memorable one was JI the prince of New York, that’s where I met K Goddess and DJ Blue diamond. These were the first two females that I’ve ever worked with in my life, and they showed me a lot of love and respect. They took my skills and amplified them to the max. Then from there I had to step my game up, and I really wanted to do Rolling Loud the person I really help me out to get it to Rolling Loud was Dread Woo and I always appreciated him for looking out to get me in. This was the best experience of my life is because it’s the most memorable, from their K Goddess helped me to get on stage at Rolling Loud with Fivio foreign in Chinese Kitty. From being on stage there, I blew up. I also got to meet a great marketers world wide vee and queen tay toncé. But for a Photographer and Videographer consistent money is not every day, so I started doing club photography. The first person that gave me a chance with Lady EL and I know I disappointed her because I didn’t know what I was doing. But I always appreciated her for giving me a chance, and to work on myself to get better. The next person that actually took me in was “Jimmy from Staten Island” and I started working at Foxys, which is located in Coney Island, Brooklyn. Ended up working there for a year, and meeting people like Geo, and other promoters. Slowly the commute getting there was getting annoying because it was really far away, so I started looking at club that were closer to me. I ended up working for Sugardaddys, which I’m still working at. Shout out Nyce and Diego for taking me under their wings and letting me their primary photographer. While all of this was going on the other head. I started getting invited to even bigger bookings like Polo G show, wildin Out, Rolling Loud Miami, BET awards and more. At this point I have a lot of clout, so I started throwing my own tours and going to different states. But first I needed people to cover places that I can’t make it to if I’m traveling, that’s when I got my two to Assistant. They both are down to earth and ready to work people, Don, and Gemini, a dynamic duo. So while they were covering for me, I was on my own tour like I traveled to California, Florida, Atlanta, even out of the country, and went to Canada. going to these different places, I got to work with a lot of different type of artist and audience. Got to do a lot of music videos and photo shoots. My last one was in Canada before 2022 ended. Now we are in 2023 and we’re only going up from here.
We’d love to hear about you met your business partner.
My two assistant Don and Gemini, nor are only my assistant, but they’re also like brothers and partners. Don is somebody that I went to high school with and also played on the same basketball team with, Gemini I ran into at an event and just had a great vibe with and overtime build a relationship with him. Then he became my assistant.

How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
Through social media, usually when I have sales or is down to give a better price, then my price that I charge regularly I hit them up first. If you’re loyal to me and my brand and then you deserve to get everything first and all the benefits.
