Alright, Patricia thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. So, naming is such a challenge. How did you come up with the name of your brand?

The story behind the Couture Cleaning LLC name is significant because I love to stand out and be different. I wanted a brand name that represents what we strive to embody. Cleaning and organizing is like an art form for us and we take pride in our work. We chose use a signature scent and signature products as we begin to expand working on our own cleaning product line.

Patricia , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

Couture Cleaning LLC is a family owned business. Our family is from Trinidad & Tobago, growing up in a Caribbean household, we are taught “cleanliness is next to Godliness” and cleaning was a daily ritual and chore. My sister and I grew to embrace the details our parents paid attention to when cleaning/decorating for holidays or when having guests over and we wanted to share our gifts with others for that Couture touch.

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?

The most effective strategy for building our clientele has been to provide a Couture experience every time, building and nurturing relationships which encourage referrals. It doesn’t matter what package a client chooses, we will leave our signature Couture touch at their establishment. In this day and age of social media prominence, the actual interaction between client and provider can get lost, so we focus on maintaining relationships and our presentation.

We’d love to hear about how you met your business partner.

Couture Cleaning LLC was founded by myself and my sister. So let’s just say, we met quite a few years ago, lol. My sister has a natural gift for organizing and making things look fancy and I thoroughly enjoy detailed cleaning, together we are a force to be reckoned with and form the brand collectively.
