NobodyGHY, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Can you recount a story of an unexpected problem you’ve faced along the way?

Well, I have had a few unexpected problems over the years. One unexpected problem I encountered in music is how much I would doubt myself. I have had some thoughts where I’ve asked myself, “Am I good enough?”, “Does God want me to do this?”, “Am I sure I’ve been called to make music?”. These questions of doubt would set in every time I would get complacent in my music. For instance, if I’m not releasing anything, streams are down, and no one tells me he/she likes my music, I’d ask myself those questions. I always try to stay calm and find a solution to whatever problem. It’s all about being adaptable and staying positive, even when things go arye. It took a while, but God has called me to this. The enemy can’t stop what I know God has said. He is my cornerstone and my help in the time of trouble. So, even with unexpected problems, I know Who helps in the midst of it.

NobodyGHY, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

I was a Preacher’s kid growing up. So, being in the church provides a unique and valuable perspective on faith and the people within it. It offers an intimate view of the inner workings of a religious community and exposes one to a wide range of beliefs and practices within the faith. This firsthand experience shaped my understanding of God and enables me to write about many faith perspectives with depth and authenticity.

As a pastor’s child, I had the opportunity to observe and participate in tons of religious rituals, ceremonies, and services. From Sunday sermons to midweek Bible studies, I was exposed to different interpretations of scripture, theological discussions, and diverse forms of worship. This exposure allows me to appreciate the rich tapestry of beliefs and traditions within your faith.

So being a pastor’s child offered a unique vantage point from which to write about various perspectives of the faith. This background ultimately enriches my writing and engages listeners on a personal level.

Is there mission driving your creative journey?

In the depths of my music, I hold a mission that fuels my every step: to bring people to God, guiding them toward the path of salvation. As a follower of Christianity, I understand that I am not the savior, but merely a vessel used by God to illuminate the way.

My purpose is to share the transformative power of faith and introduce others to our Heavenly Father’s love and grace. Through my words, actions, and unwavering devotion, I strive to draw people closer to God, where true salvation lies. 🙌❤️

Christianity teaches us that salvation is found in a personal relationship with God. I am not sure I can help with saving others, for that is beyond the capacity of any human being. Instead, my mission is to inspire, encourage, and walk alongside others as they embark on their own spiritual journey.

In a world filled with uncertainties, doubts, and distractions, my faith remains steadfast. I am humbled to be entrusted with the task of introducing people to the abundant love and forgiveness that God offers. Together, let us seek His guidance, share His message, and witness lives transformed by His power.

What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?

When someone approaches me and says that my music got them through a tough time or provided them with the revelation they needed to grow closer to Christ, it fills my heart with immense joy and gratitude. It’s in these moments that I realize the true impact that music can have on a person’s journey.

To know that my melodies and lyrics resonated with someone on a deep, personal level and that it helped them find solace, strength, or a newfound connection with God is beyond words. It reinforces my purpose as a Christian artist, reminding me of the incredible responsibility I have to touch lives and spread His message of love and grace.

You see, music has this incredible ability to accompany us through the darkest valleys and the highest peaks. It can speak to our souls when words fail us and ignite a flame of hope within our hearts. And to be a part of that journey, to be a vessel that God uses to touch lives, is a true blessing.
