Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Noah Burnett. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Noah, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. What’s something you believe that most people in your industry (or in general) disagree with?
I think a lot of people who are into photography or have their own small business believe that mirrorless cameras are the only way to go. I have always used DSLR cameras. I’m a fan of them. I like the way they work. I like the way they sound and it’s just my personal preference. That being said, mirrorless cameras are very good in their own right I personally think it’s a photographer that makes a camera and not the camera that makes a photographer.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
my grandfather was a photographer and had his own business, and I grew up watching it and being part of it and since he’s passed on, I have made it my mission to use what I’ve observed and learned from him to start my own small business and help create lasting memories for my customers.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
Ironically enough, I find that social media has been my biggest way of bringing in clients and sharing my brand, specifically Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

For you, what’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative?
I really enjoy making a memories for people. I like to see the reaction my customers have when they see the finished product of the photography shoot that we did. It’s a great feeling to see the joy and satisfaction that my work brings them.
