To be successful as a lash and brow artist, I believe it takes a combination of passion, patience, and constant growth. You have to genuinely love what you do because it’s an art that requires dedication to perfecting your craft. Patience comes into play because every client is different, and it takes time to build trust and understand what makes each person feel confident and beautiful. And growth—whether it’s learning new techniques or investing in the best products for your clients—is essential to stay ahead in the industry.
One story that stands out to me is when I first started, I had a client who was nervous because they had a bad experience elsewhere. I took my time, communicated openly, and focused on making sure they felt comfortable and understood. They became one of my most loyal clients because they appreciated the care and meticulousness I put into my work. Moments like that taught me that success is about more than just skill—it’s about building relationships, being reliable, and always giving clients the best experience possible.

This meticulous attention to detail is something I pride myself on because I believe every client deserves to leave my chair feeling like the best version of themselves. One story that really sticks out to me happened early in my career. I was working on a client who had come to me after a less-than-ideal experience elsewhere. Her lashes were damaged, her confidence shaken, and she was incredibly nervous about trying extensions again. I took my time with her, explaining each step, and focusing on repairing her natural lashes while giving her the look she desired.
