We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Natalia Hunt. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Natalia below.
Natalia, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today One of the most important things we can do as business owners is ensure that our customers feel appreciated. What’s something you’ve done or seen a business owner do to help a customer feel valued?
We at rise are constantly striving to bring a client forward prospective to our practice. Whether that be follow ups, referrals, recommendations, or education based in bodily awareness.
We believe that the greatest act of kindness we can give our client is a transparent and positive experience that meets their individual needs.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
Natalia and I have always felt a call to pursue a people forward career.
We both attended the same school and immediately crated a friendship. While In school I (Alena) had a private practice but I felt I needed to build something more. i asked Natalia to be my business partner. Fresh out of school Natalia took the plunge with me and that’s how rise was created.
We wanted to create a business based on helping individuals from all walks of life providing bodywork, trauma therapy, and resonance therapy.
We strive to find the root cause of disfunction with a positive and educational approach to help each client better understand their bodies.
We are most proud of the continued success and the positive feed back we receive from our clients. We are also proud that we have the knowledge to be able to pass that on to apprentices and the community.
Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
In school we learned an extensive curriculum however upon completing school we realized that the field is ever expanding. We have taken many hours of continued education to improve the skills we have trying to unlearn and be an open book for new information.
We didn’t necessarily have to “unlearn” anything but we did have to be receptive to new outlooks on fundamental techniques and modalities.
Have you ever had to pivot?
Natalia and I are always communicating about the trajectory of our business. We have had to adapt to many obstacles whether that be life, family, or business.
Our biggest obstacle currently is that I (Alena) have relocated my practice to Richmond Utah while tally has relocated her practice to Richfield Utah. If you know anything about Utah you know those two places are quite a ways from each other. Event planning, meetings and other forms of communication take quite a bit of planning however we view this as a challenge rather than an issue and we are very happy that rise is expanding to serve the whole community.
