Hi Michael, thanks for joining us today. What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?

Being passionate about whatever you’re doing, and proper time management will set you up for success. Knowing when to prioritize deadlines, but still setting time aside to be creative and try new things are very important for me.

Michael, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

Last time we spoke, I was doing graphic design, photography & visual effects. Lately, I’ve been doing custom embroidery work involving a chainstitch machine that is controlled by hand. I started doing embroidery as a hobby to relax, & once I realized my other skills could lend themselves to embroidery, it naturally became something I started to take more seriously.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?

Produce work that resonates with who you are and what you like, and you will attract customers who appreciate that.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?

Staying consistent is better than being perfect. Engage with the people who support you, and show love to others who you think are also doing great work.
