We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Michael Bush a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Michael, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Any thoughts around creating more inclusive workplaces?

Knowing personnel is extremely important.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

As the Founder of The IQ Factory, I decided to write a company Creative spiritual Enlightenment book that would help align or realign our Hoopers and creatives to their righteous Spiritual Journey. Everybody Has a Spiritual path written for themselves.
The book is titled “Creative Intergenerational Transmission of Wisdom”. Intergenerational transmission of wisdom is when a Man or Woman of Wisdom does the duty of Passing wisdom down to the next generations through creativity or religion, whether it’s done naturally or Constructed, it’s still a righteous act. This Piece of writing was Created from many places of my Existence and Experience in hopes that it would lead someone to a path of enlightenment. I felt it was a necessity in these troubled times due to the world’s confused ways of vibrations. Not long ago I received a direction from the Ancestors and the Almighty creator to exercise my right to InterGenerational Transmission of Wisdom. I’ve been across continents only to notice a lot of teachings has been the reason for our misguidance. With that being said, I decided to Publish CITOW as an ebook first because an ebook is far cheaper than publishing a hardcopy,and I get a chance to see how it helps people grow spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence before I get the hard copies done.

Living a path of enlightenment with Self mastery on the conscious. Is Self mastery the ideal path for everyone? Usually not but most often people find their way to the path of self. To be honest Some individuals don’t find their way, due to the misunderstanding that following others for too long may lead you in the wrong direction, as well as blind you from your own path. I’m not saying that People won’t ever find their way. The almighty Creator doesn’t leave anyone that doesn’t want to be left but Work still has to be done for Him/Her to understand where we want to be. It’s always a choice of sides, sorta like the first part of understanding Yin and Yang. There’s Light and Dark. What side will you choose? Although, Everyone has a balance, which is also depending on what side of yin & yang you use the most.
In this Era, and for many years there’s been huge societal issues that all hold each other up. Such as
The Man vs Women narrative, Racism, Political Troubles, the removal of Sacred Aboriginal history, along with a list of other things. With all these issues holding each other up, I know for a fact a start to a new World, better yet, a more balanced world starts with a renewal of Ourselves first. A deep Path of Spiritual Understanding of one’s Self

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?

As creative spiritualist, I had to learn that you can’t bring everybody nor could you save everyone.

I’ve been seeing people’s life’s for what they truly are and I’ve come to the conclusion that the weight everyone belongs on no man or woman.
Some people take advantage of it.
