We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Tucson Ever After. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Tucson Ever After below.
Alright,Tucson Ever After thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?
Our mission is to bring fairytale magic to life and create safe spaces in our local communities through costumes and volunteering. We started out as an idea a few friends had to create a storybook group in 2016. With the mission of giving back to our community through various outreach programs, we have continued to grow our group and expand to serve much of Arizona.

Tucson Ever After Group, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
In 2016, we saw that there were not any fairytale charity groups in our local area and decided to form our own to give back to our community in a new way. Our volunteers put their hearts and souls into not just their costumes, but into bringing their characters to life for our community. We pride ourselves on being non-profit, with supplies, costumes, and toys being solely provided through volunteers and donations. We are proud of the inclusivity of our team and the diversity we bring to events. We’re always grateful for the support we get from our community.

For you, what’s the most rewarding aspect of being creative?
For us, the most rewarding experience is the happiness we see on the faces of the children we interact with. We love that our meaningful interactions are not just limited to little girls, but boys as well who light up when they see their favorite characters.

Is there a mission driving your creative journey?
Our driving mission is to give back to our community and help unite our neighborhoods through the events that we do. Each year provides new challenges to adapt to so we can continue pursuing our mission.
