We were lucky to catch up with Lyanne Tran and Genevieve Grace recently and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Lyanne & Genevieve thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Was there a defining moment in your professional career? A moment that changed the trajectory of your career?
On the beach, at Playa Viva in Mexico, the Soul Prism Feminine Radiance Retreat became a defining moment for our mission. Surrounded by the ocean waves, together we felt the profound joy of creating a life-changing experience for women that changed the trajectory of their lives.
In that sacred space, we witnessed the magic that unfolds when two passionate souls unite with a shared vision. Our retreat was more than just an event; it was a celebration of sisterhood, empowerment, and connecting with their core essence. Together, we created a retreat where women could connect, reflect, and radiate their true selves, release what no longer served them, and receive new insights.
Now here’s the backstory: Rewind to 2021 Costa Rica where Lyanne and Genevieve met for the first time at a retreat called ‘Free the Wild Woman’. On this retreat, we each individually had a life-changing transformative experience, bonding us deeply on a soul level. Individually we embarked on our personal journey where we birthed our own retreat companies. Unknowingly, we landed in the same investment course to build our own company. Through the unfolding of that class, we quickly learned how much work it was going to take, so we decided to support each other by co-facilitating each other’s retreat. Lyanne’s company hosted her first retreat in Texas, and Genevieve’s company hosted hers in Greece.
Throughout assisting one another on the retreat leader journey, and navigating our individual lessons necessary, we quickly realized how our business and teaching styles both complimented each other and aligned. We cultivated trust, refined our communication, and gained insights into our strengths and weaknesses. Going through enough business challenges together, we confidently chose to join each other as a team, fully committing to co-creating experiences for women where Soul Prism was then fully birthed!

Lyanne & Genevieve, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
At the heart of our work is creating a space for women to pause—so they can tap into their inner guidance, reconnect with their bodies, and experience true F R E E D O M beyond the noise of their minds or external influences. We provide the container, the practices, the tools, and the support for women to simply be—to listen deeply to their inner voice and attune to the wisdom their bodies are speaking. We help them distinguish between what is real and true versus the narratives running in their minds.
Our experiences are designed for the multidimensional woman, allowing her to show up as her whole self and explore the full spectrum of who she is. Through our work, women feel deeply seen—by themselves, by others, and in the community we cultivate.
Within the San Antonio community, we host workshops, live immersives, and weekend events, as well as retreats both locally and globally. We offer 1:1 spiritual life coaching and energy healing sessions and myofascial release and emotional health coaching sessions.
We help women move through:
Physical pain and tension in the body
Impatience and overwhelm
Uncertainty in parenting and decision-making for their family
Confusion in business—how to be successful and make aligned, confident choices
Guilt, self-neglect, and exhaustion
Feeling like they are never doing enough, never have enough time, and have nothing left for themselves
The deep knowing that they are meant for more
Through our offerings, women receive the tools to slow down, soften, regulate their nervous system, and create small moments of presence. They expand their capacity to call in and create the life they truly desire, embody the woman they are meant to be, and feel the way they’ve always longed to feel. Each experience is intentionally designed to connect with various key aspects of our inner and outer natural cycles using earth elements and lunar phases.
This work doesn’t just transform the individual—it elevates how a woman’s family experiences her, how she moves through life, and how she leads in her personal and professional world.
What Sets Us Apart
We don’t just teach these principles—we live and embody them. Every aspect of what we offer is crafted with precision, elegance, openness, and expansion. We are deeply intentional with every detail of our experiences, ensuring that each woman feels held, seen, and supported in a way that is both profound and unique.
Women don’t just sign up for a session or event—they say YES to an experience. And that’s exactly what they receive.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
One of the greatest tests of our resilience was hosting the Feminine Radiance Retreat—a true initiation into navigating the unexpected with grace and trust. From the beginning, we set ambitious goals: hiring a marketing team, planning for 20 signups, and entering a collaborative agreement with a guest facilitator. But as the retreat planning unfolded, so did a series of challenges that pushed us to our edges.
The collaboration with the original guest facilitator fell through, forcing us to pivot quickly. We also miscalculated accommodations—overbooking rooms, then having to cover additional costs for dropped ones. We also had to make the tough decision to let go of our marketing team, realizing the budget would not allow this. At the same time, we chose to invest in another guest facilitator, an expert somatic coach and mentor for high-level businesswomen. While this was a financial stretch, it ultimately expanded us in a powerful way, elevating the experience and deepening our own leadership. Just as we were settling into these shifts, a hurricane hit Acapulco, which was near our retreat center, leaving retreat attendees uneasy about traveling.
Each setback could have been a reason to quit. Instead, we chose to trust the process, lean into our intuition, and find creative solutions. We restructured the retreat, reassured our participants, and ensured the experience remained transformational despite the obstacles.
This experience taught us invaluable lessons about adaptability, discernment, and trust. We learned that resilience isn’t about avoiding challenges—it’s about meeting them with presence, faith, and aligned action. The Feminine Radiance Retreat ultimately became a powerful experience, not just for the women who attended but for us as facilitators stepping deeper into our own leadership.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
One of the biggest lessons we had to unlearn was the idea that moving fast meant success. In the excitement of creating transformative retreat experiences, we poured our energy into making each event happen—pushing forward with intensity, taking big financial risks, and riding the extreme highs and lows. We were fully in creation mode, but the way we were doing it was completely unsustainable for our nervous systems and for our business.
Looking back, we pulled off three incredible retreats, each one deeply impactful for the women who attended. But the truth is, we were throwing Hail Marys to make them happen—operating heavily in urgency. We weren’t building the solid foundation we needed: a steady content strategy, meaningful audience engagement, and a sustainable pace that allowed our business to grow in alignment with our energy and long-term vision.
The turning point was realizing that true success isn’t just about pulling off big moments—it’s about building something stable, natural, and deeply rooted. We’ve since shifted our approach, focusing on sustainability over speed, connection over urgency, and a business model that feels nourishing rather than depleting. That shift has made all the difference, not just for our work, but for how we show up as facilitators and leaders.
