Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Laura Nicole Brown. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Alright, Laura Nicole thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Can you tell us the backstory behind how you came up with the idea?
Whilst working in corporate, I became uninspired with the way marketing was approached. There was a lack of creativity and genuine interest to provide the best customer experience. Everything was driven by a “we’ve always done it this way” mentality or “this is how we do things”. I found this frustrating and it ultimately led me to explore other avenues.
I created Inspiratti to help purpose-driven businesses build their brand and to help them gain:
IMPACT: Grow a business that has a bigger impact and makes the world a better place
EXPERIENCE: Create a memorable experience for their customers
CONTROL: Have the tools to be confident and in control of their branding and design
Many of my clients are just starting out in business and don’t know where to begin, and others have lost their way and are looking for redirection. Inspiratti is the brand compass, helping them to find a meaningful and purposeful direction.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I’m the founder of Inspiratti, an innovative branding agency that helps businesses to discover their unique differentiation, story and position so they can uncover a brand identity and visual style that perfectly reflects them and resonates with their target audience. Inspiratti also creates websites and other digital assets that embody this identity to attract, engage and move their ideal customer to action.
With a passion for business and an unrelenting curiosity about the world around me, I studied a Master of Science in International Marketing at Manchester Business School. I learnt about the power of marketing communications and the complexities involved when trying to reach international markets. I was especially fascinated by the multi-faceted topic of branding, and how that played out in local, regional and global contexts.
In my professional career, I have lived and worked in Slovakia, Singapore, Argentina and London across a range of industries. My global marketing roles covering Asia, Europe and America exposed me to the importance of culture and relationships when working across different continents.
After working my way up the corporate ladder, I took the leap to start my own business, helping companies build their own brands. Leveraging my master’s degree, professional career and international experience, I’m inspired to bring a unique approach to branding. I’m passionate about helping businesses create meaningful brands that are backed up with intention and strategy.
New business owners are often not sure where to start building a brand. Maybe they’ve attempted to do it themselves but they don’t feel confident about what they’ve created. Their aim is to attract the right clients and stand out in the market, as they do not feel seen and heard.
To help these businesses, Inspiratti offers:
Brand identity development that aligns with the company’s purpose and values
Bespoke website design and development
My signature ‘Soulful Branding System’ and practical group workshops
At Inspiratti, we always lead with the brand. Whether we’re creating a website, producing an e-book or constructing a brand identity, your brand comes first.

How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
One of the main ways I keep in touch with clients is providing valuable guidance and tips, which I do through various channels.
I have a weekly newsletter where I share my insights, experiences, and tips for small business owners wanting to grow their brand and improve their website. These are useful for clients who have worked with me and want to enhance their brand as their business evolves. They are also helpful for business owners who haven’t worked with me but are looking for resources on how to improve their branding and website. I invite subscribers to workshops to give more in-depth tutorials on how to approach a specific challenge. The newsletter is supported by a blog and YouTube channel that provide guidance and tips on branding and website design for small business owners. I share regular bite-sized tips on social media, especially LinkedIn and Instagram.
I like to provide a surprise element in my content and workshops by telling the audience something completely new and offering a totally different way of looking at something, even if it’s a well-trodden topic.
I pride myself in the quality I provide, both in terms of the assets produced and the customer experience. Every project is tailored to the client’s individual needs following an in-depth discovery session. I provide a lot of direction to clients so they can get the best results, both during the project and the training following the launch, so they feel happy and confident about their new brand or website. I also try to be proactive in communication, not waiting for customers to contact us with problems. Instead, I anticipate their needs, offer helpful resources, and keep them informed about updates or changes.
I try to make customers feel involved in the project so they feel like a co-creator in the brand or website. This is important so that the branding or website represents them. I do this through an in-depth project launch meeting to understand the brand on a deeper level and regular check-ins at each stage of the project to ensure we are aligned and happy with the progress.

What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?
The most rewarding aspect is seeing happy clients. It’s rewarding to see the transformation and end result of a project, especially if it has been a lengthy project with many different components. Seeing the tangible results of my work, the better user experience, greater online visibility, and positive client feedback, is very satisfying.
The act of building something is also very rewarding, taking a client’s business goals and user needs and building them into an engaging online experience. It’s not just about making things look good; it’s about solving problems by improving how people interact with a website. This mix of art and logic is fascinating; you are using your creative skills to make the online world more enjoyable for people and helping businesses to grow at the same time. I love how design decisions, such as layout, colour, fonts, can significantly impact user experience and perception, and how small changes can have a huge impact on the visual appeal and user experience.
Getting to know my clients is also an important part of the process, and I enjoy the opportunity to connect with interesting people and different types of businesses.
Each project comes with its own challenges. And it’s rewarding to grow personally through the process of creation, challenging yourself, learning new skills, and constantly evolving as a designer.
In short, for me, it’s about the intersection of creativity, problem-solving, and making something that’s functional yet beautiful, and knowing it’s having a meaningful impact on users and the businesses behind it.
