We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Kinshannta Hall a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Kinshannta , appreciate you joining us today. Risk taking is something we’re really interested in and we’d love to hear the story of a risk you’ve taken.

“Kinshannta” but known by Kinshani, A Business Mogul relating “Beauty Cosmetics, Music, & Real Estate.

I’m a native originally from Mississippi. I’m a college graduate from The University of Southern Mississippi. I have been featured in Essence Hot Hair & Sheen Magazine and recently appeared on “VH1 “She’s Got Game” as a Contestant. I’ve been featured in fashion shows based out of Miami and Mississippi.

I took a leap of faith and decided to move to “Miami” to uplift my career to a professional level that will get me signed. I’m very confident, and I’m willing to work with the “Best” professionalism which will promote me to a higher level. I love to work with people just give me a great location and the concept and I’m ready to work. I’m learning every aspect there is to know in the Beauty Cosmetics, Fashion, Music, & Real Estate Industry. I have some experience but I’m willing to work hard for better improvement.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

As a Jack of All Trades, I’m multi-talented and it is very important to present a positive image and to know the business aspects as well. I’m not afraid of the camera or the crowd, I feel that I have the qualifications, skills, to become successful if I remain “Consistent”. I have a passion for Music which I’ve done two features thus far and I plan to maybe soon drop a mixtape. Some of my latest projects includes vocal lessons and recordings to progress my vocals.

I’m also the CEO & Founder of “Doyel’k Cosmetics which is my Beauty Cosmetics Brand that has already been released which includes beauty products of lip glosses, beauty accessories and luxury teeth whitening services. I’m currently in the process of relocating to find a bigger suite to provide services for clients since my business is expanding which is good!

Furthermore, I obtained my real estate license on January 11, 2020 which was a blessing for me. I’m a licensed realtor which I’m so grateful for. I worked very hard to secure my license so I’m learning as much as I can although I’m new in the real estate industry. Progress is everything to me

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?

Marketing is so essential for my business. I’m in the process of relaunching because I truly feel I didn’t advertise or market the way I should have.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

My social media audience is building slowly but surely. I’m working on becoming more active and social with my business but I honestly have a nice small fan base due to good content I put out for my brand. If I continue to be consistent I know my brand and audience will grow more in the social media world.
