Hi Kimberly , thanks for joining us today. If you had a defining moment that you feel really changed the trajectory of your career, we’d love to hear the story and details.

In fact there was a moment, the light bulb affect happened in my career. I had landed my first job out of college working for the Government in a Social work setting. My primary degree is in Psychology but seeing that it was a relative degree I was qualified to work as a Case Manager in the Foster Care and Adoptions department. After working there for about 6 months I began to think heavily, how this career is a path for Sociology majors and instantly felt that I had a passion to help with one’s mental health, which falls in the Psychological reIm of work. I wanted to put more focus to help people before getting into these situations or life decisions made that got them there.

I wanted to bring awareness and focus more on preventive measures. Getting a chance to see how the government limits services for families, parents, and children pushed the trajectory moment in my career. After doing research and psychological test on myself. I attained knowledge of my strengths and how It was more fitting as a career choice, for me to be apart of Bettering, Uplifting and Strengthening one’s mental health. Opposed to working with limitations with one’s life at stake.

Yes! for sure, we’ll I’m CEO and Founder of O.S.T. Life Coaching and Matchmaking Services LLC., and I began this buisness in hopes to reach others wherever they are in life, to Motivate, Uplift and Encourage them. To help as a Life Coach reach any goal the Client may have. Also specialize in Matchmaking, matching individuals who may otherwise never meet through Psychological testing and Compatibility.

I dived into the Matchmaking offline Industry once I became aware of the Career path and fell in love with the aspect of helping others find love! Not only helping them find love but also ensuring safe dating, as each client and match undergo background checks, and a vetting process. Furthermore, the compatibility aspect is huge as it helps finds matches you are compatible with. The compatibility component is very important because it’s who we are and what makes up our existence. So why date just to date when you can find a compatible mate who you’re more likely to mesh with because you two are Compatible!

What sets me apart from any other Matchmaker and or Life Coach is the key component of Psychological testing. I’d like to open the door to future clients and individuals to help them become the Best Version of themselves. I service the entire state of Georgia and is also willing to travel for clients.

The moment I’m most proud of is; embarking positivity into the world and helping others change for the better. I’m the Author of “You Are Enough” a project thats set out to Encourage the reader and Inspire them through quotes and Personal Testimonies.

Training and knowledge matter of course, but beyond that what do you think matters most in terms of succeeding in your field?

Passion and Determination is most helpful for succeeding in this field. Having passion and desire helps the wheels to roll smoothly in this career.

Are there any books, videos, essays or other resources that have significantly impacted your management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy?

Documentaries, videos, books and research has significantly impacted my management and entrepreneurial thinking as it has helped give examples and knowledge on basic fundamentals that has the ability to help for a lifetime. I personally watch documentaries due to similar case studies being relative to potential real time situations that in some instances can help. The most popular book and research platform I use and have found most helpful is “PsychologyToday” issued books and website.
