We were lucky to catch up with Juliet Guisasola Drummond recently and have shared our conversation below.

Juliet, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. We’d love to hear the story of how you went from this being just an idea to making it into something real.

Starting Reset with Juliet was a natural evolution of my journey. After 16 years as a yoga, pilates, and fitness instructor, I thought that’s what I’d be doing forever. But when the pandemic hit, everything changed. My in-person classes quickly moved online, and at the same time, I became a mother, which shifted my priorities and perspective. I realized that, just as businesses need to adapt, I too needed to evolve.

As I navigated this new phase, I dove into learning about social media, marketing, and branding. I worked at an agency, collaborating with larger clients and helping them grow their online presence. It was during this time that I recognized a gap—small businesses needed this same level of expertise and personal attention.

So, I rebranded myself, combining my wellness background with my newfound passion for marketing. I crafted a brand that reflected my unique approach—where mindfulness meets marketing—drawing on my experience to help businesses stay aligned with their core values while evolving to meet the demands of a fast-paced digital world.

Reset with Juliet was born from this blend of experiences. Today, I help small businesses redefine their brand identity, refresh their online presence, and connect authentically with their audience. My goal is to guide businesses through the process of evolving—not starting over—so they can thrive and remain relevant in today’s ever-changing landscape.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?

For me, the best source of new clients has been referrals. I always tell my clients: the best place to start is with the people who already know and trust you. When someone recommends your services, it means they’ve had a positive experience and believe in what you’re doing. That trust makes all the difference—it helps skip over that initial skepticism new prospects might have, and it leads to higher conversion rates. Referrals feel more personal, more authentic, and more connected, which is exactly the kind of growth I aim for with Reset with Juliet. It’s been such a rewarding part of my business journey, and it’s something I truly value.

At Reset with Juliet, I focus on building lasting relationships by staying in touch and offering ongoing support.
