Joie , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What’s the backstory behind how you came up with the idea for your business?
I have been a Livestream and Podcast Content Creator for over 4 years, and it has upleveled my business for me and taken me to some amazing places. I was invited to Podfest Expo 2022 in Orlando by an influencer in the arena, and I enjoyed it so much that I applied to speak at the 2023 event and was accepted!
After returning from the event I launched a livestream and podcast media division, the SWE Media Network exclusively for women entrepreneurs. With the intention that women entrepreneurs secure a premiere seat at the table in the arena. I designed the media network, to be the destination resource for women entrepreneurs to access next level solutions in just 15-minutes in business, health, marketing, wellness, publishing, wealth, and influence.
I found the courage to dive into the deep end of the pool after reading the book No One Is Peeing in the Deep End: A Survival Guide for Launching a Dream by Shannon Crotty that was recommended to me and it gave me that extra oomph when she shared in her book that it only takes one person to say yes to your dream. I launched the SWE Media Network the next day.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I worked in the Hollywood entertainment industry for 15+ years at top companies, in film, television, original web content, and branded entertainment. I was hand-picked by the ABC Studio President to launch the first multi-media startup business for The Walt Disney Company.
After returning to the Bay Area, I was inspired to launch Joie G 113. I empower entrepreneurs to be their own superstar by shinning a spotlight on their company brand in the marketplace through my unique, tested, and proven Red Carpet Guide to Superstar Branding and Marketing System. My system includes inner game tools that I have coined The Love Capacity Daily Habits that enables them to allow, receive, and accept next level success.
I offer media opportunities through the Superstar Women Entrepreneurs Media Network, a livestream and podcast destination for women entrepreneurs. Our network is unique in that each livestream/podcast content creator is a woman entrepreneur who is an expert in their field and provides next-level solutions in business, health, marketing, wellness, publishing, wealth, and influence. I am honored to be a judge for the PodcastLive Awards 2024. The SWE Media Network has been invited to Podfest 2024 for a speaker panel and are contributors in the influential book series: 100 Livestreaming & Digital Media Predictions, Volume 4: Top Content Creators Help You Succeed in an Era of Rapid Change. Our media network has been picked up by ElectraCast Media, a Los Angeles-based agency.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
When I launched my business, I quickly immersed myself in social media and learned how to make it work for me. As I continued to learn from books, conferences, and social media coaches, I fell in love with the platform and realized that it could be a powerful tool for serving others. By showing up big, I am inspiring others to do the same.
For any business owner looking to embrace social media, I would suggest finding what you love about it and making it work for you. Consistency is key, so show up daily and be enthusiastic! Sharing your business journey, including the ups and downs and what you’ve learned along the way, is a great way to emotionally connect with your audience. Remember to be bold and go for it!

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
Growing your clientele can be challenging, but I have found a winning strategy: stepping out of the shadows and building a large sphere of influence. You know that influence is earned, and I have worked hard to gain more of it in the marketplace. I kicked the fear of being criticized to the curb, and I am not afraid to be myself. I have also learned to stay upfront and center by practicing my Love Capacity Daily Habits system. By having a strong inner game, I have been able to grow my influence and expand my core audience.
Leveraging social media has been a major key to my success. I share my gifts and talents openly across my social media channels, allowing my core audience to see and hear me. This has translated into organically growing my customer base.
