We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Jerry Justizia a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Jerry, appreciate you joining us today. We’d love to have you retell us the story behind how you came up with the idea for your business, I think our audience would really enjoy hearing the backstory.

As a Yoga teacher, I have always thought about having a one stop shop where i can find products that empowers my mindful lifestyle. For example find eco- friendly activewear, non toxic candles and crystals for meditation, incense and all the spiritual tools needed for the Yoga life is hard to find at one spot. I wanted to break this gap once I had the opportunity to start my own business. I first started with a random poll in Yoga teacher group on Facebook and everything started there.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers

I have discovered Yoga back in 2014 while I was working at the Fitness center of my University. I was going through a hardship and spending time on my Yoga mat has really helped in finding myself, relaxing and building back my confidence. Few months later, I started sharing my practice on Instagram and realized that it was impacting people in a great way. That was something I was really proud of because I unintentionally created a safe space for others. One thing that makes me different from others is my authenticity, many people just relate to what I share on my social medias. I am most proud of the fact that I can bring a variety of products that can improve people’ lifestyle.

How did you build your audience on social media?

I just show up and share about my lifestyle, routine and the content finds, attracts my tribe. I try to stay consistent while respecting my boundaries.
